This evening I spent about 2 hours looking at products with my daughters in your store. I like to take my time and browse. Try different things and there is a lot to look at. Some of your associates were kind and helpful. One employee gave my daughter a bit of an attitude when my daughter asked them to look for an item that was no longer on the shelf. About 10 minutes in, one of your employees followed me around the store pretty much until I left making sure I wasn't stealing. I know Ulta gets many shoplifters because people can be horrible. I spend a lot of money every year at your store and today was definitely not thrilled with being followed. I was then looking at the minis they place as you walk to the register and I heard the cashier call for someone to stand at the door as if we might run out with our stuff. I didn't want to alarm my girls but the audacity?! I placed our items on the counter and my daughter logged in and the lady looked shocked we were diamond members. I don't wear much make up myself and looked a bit disheveled but she looked at me like I was Raggedy Ann. I went to pay and the cashier kept trying to get me to get your credit card. After the third polite me telling her no thank you, I had to be forceful about it. Definitely won't be going back to this location.

I was so impressed with the level of service and friendliness of the staff here today. Nicole was so nice and patient with me in helping me find the right shade and product for me. I appreciated her help bc I know nothing about makeup and wasn't sure where to even start. I also set up an appointment with Mary for a 30 for 30 session and so excited for it!

Mary did my makeup & she was AMAZINGGGGG! I kept getting compliments on my makeup all night long! Not only was she a GREAT makeup artist but her as a person, she is so sweet and kind! I would recommend her 1000x!!! Book her for glam!

Love the salon at this location. The stylist Halah always listens to what I want done with my hair and executes it perfectly. I recently had my 3rd visit with her and was beyond happy with the results!

I got a blow out for my hair here and it came out so good! My stylist Mary was very nice and did a great job! After I got my hair done both managers helped me pick out a foundation. This location has some of the best employees!

My hair was very long and beautiful i had growing for it for a whole year and i came in for an appointment i told the stylist I have a trip coming up and I juts want a trim for some braids that I was going to do before my trip stylist going through the service and than he asks me how long and I said juts a lil juts mainly the spit ends and than Phoenix S. said okay and I’m seeing he’s cutting and than I see my hair feeling very light and he was wash time and I see my hair I almost wanted to started to cry I saw 70% of my hair on the floor it broke my hear into small pieces all my growth was gone my hair wasn’t even in my shoulders and I told it it’s very short I never felt that ever and I have came to ulta 2 times and never got a cut like this I’m very truly disappointed I know I can’t get my hair back but I want to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else it was very sad and a horrible feeling now I had to cancel my hair appointment for my trip
