I made a appointment with Lisa for a tense neck, shoulder and right arm pain. Upon arriving, Lisa took the time to hear what I needed. After a 45 minute massage, my neck, shoulder and arm felt a 100% better. I highly recommend Lisa if your body is hurting and is in need of a CNS reset! I will be back!!!

I had the pleasure of experiencing a massage with Nikki after putting out an SOS following a heinous 11 hour flight pattern with American airlines & a nasty storm system. Lisa Woody heeded the call & offered to get me in at 9am the next morning. I had several issues with booking through vagaro, which I later learned had to do with Vagaro not updating their security policies to align with Google Integrations. This did not slow Lisa from getting me booked! Overnight our power got knocked out from the storms & our phones failed to charge as a result rendering fast asleep in my bed until 10 minutes before my appt time! I was dazed & panicked about missing. Lisa handled me with such grace & patience. I insisted on paying the difference for the time lost on the account of my tardiness. Nikki met me with such a warm, welcoming energy & handled me with care & concern as I hobbled down the hallway to the service room. To say Nikki was absolutely amazing is an understatement. From start to finish, Nikki made sure that I was comfortable and relaxed. They had a warm and welcoming energy which immediately put me at ease. During the massage, Nikkie showcased her exceptional skills and knowledge of the human body. She was able to target all of the areas of tension and stress that I had been experiencing and relieve them completely for my IT bands, neck, & hip joints. The techniques used were intuitive, thoughtful, and incredibly effective. Beyond their technical abilities, Nikki was professional, friendly, and attentive, listening to my concerns and provided suggestions for stretches I can use to further improve my wellbeing. They even offered me a sweet drawing they sketched on a postit while I was getting dressed. It really brought an extra shine to my day. I attached it here in the hopes that it does the same for you. Overall, my experience with 360 was truly exceptional. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate massage therapist.

10000% recommend Lisa for prenatal massages! She knows exactly how to work out those sore spots while also making you feel safe with your pregnancy entirely. She even has a special pregnancy pillow to help you lay on your stomach, which is a game changer. Definitely my go to girl for all prenatal and postpartum discomforts!

Dealing with sports injuries and chronic back pain, I’ve made massage therapy a regular routine for the past several years. Hands down, Lisa is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. She customizes her massage to target my most needed areas while ensuring the whole body is addressed. Her deep tissue massage is just that. There is no wasted time or movement. Every minute of her massage is purposeful, and I walk out feeling amazing.

I have never been someone who regularly gets massages or returns to the same place for massages but my first experience here was exceptional. Lisa was professional, personable and extremely good at what she does! I have been back, and honestly almost didn’t go because I couldn’t find a time when Lisa’s schedule matched mine. I went ahead and went with the other therapist and was still pleased. Love this place and no matter where around the city I live I will always come back here for my massages!
