Walmart Supercenter

It's Walmart. You know what you're getting into. The staff is pretty amazing, though. I have an autistic kid, and the cashiers always remember her and treat us with such compassion. It's definitely nice that she doesn't dread going shopping anymore.

Worst Walmart experience , in the Vision Center. Did not bill my VSP insurance correctly. Then I received the wrong frames. I will never go to a Walmart Vision center again. The people were very sarcastic towards me, I spent 900.00 on glasses , and are disrespectful. I will gladly go elsewhere for glasses,

Check out was ridiculous tonight. Long line this side and other side (not pictured) both funneling into only 4 open self check out registers. Why aren’t more registers open!! Not only do you cut jobs, make us do the work, interrogate us on the way out after we do your job for you, but you make us stand in line too long. What a scam.

My wife went in to purchase Naruto cards for Christmas stocking stuffers in the evening and was denied buying more than the 8 she had in her bag. When she got home she realized she only came home with 5 because she was flustered with management about it. When I returned with her, staff allowed us to get her missing 3 packs, but denied me buying any of my own, even though it's limited to 5 per person per day supposedly (no signs posted anywhere in the card section saying so). I complained first to some girl named MJ, and asked to speak to her boss, Reema. Reema's solution was to "check the cameras" instead of the simple solution of letting me purchase my 5 packs and let me be on my way. Ironically, on the Customer Service TV it stated Wal-Mart's goal was "customer satisfaction" and this experience was far from it. My wife and I are NOT scalpers or resellers and were simply buying these for stocking stuffers and wanted to adhere to our supposed "limits" but were denied. Save yourself the trouble and buy what you need on multiple transactions if you're needing to make an honest purchase. Or better yet, expose them and find a different Wal-Mart to shop at for cards 🙂

Great store. Some employees not to nice. But customer service center always go above and beyond to help.

My boys went to their 1st Thunder basketball game we had great seats too

Staff always courteous, but hate the Walmart shoppers cart people They about run over you and block the isles, most of those store pickup employees are not my favorite to deal with. But over all the store does a decent job, except in restocking product and getting rid of bad produce
