K BEAUTY OUTLET

I used to love coming to this K‑Beauty store - there was a sweet girl working here when they first opened who gave me amazing tips, advice on products, and even guidance on spotting fake vs. real versions. I always felt like I was getting the authentic Korean skincare experience. Recently, I returned to re-purchase a sunscreen, only to discover that the formula was completely different from my previous purchase. After doing some research, I learned it had been reformulated for the US market, which defeats the whole purpose of seeking out Korean skincare products in the first place. The first one I bought was original and authentic. I’ve since found a website that sells authentic Korean products at half the price, delivered straight from Korea with the original ingredients. For example, a cleanser I used to pay $20 for can now be delivered to me for $9. The website also offers great bundles - two products for the price of one at this store. I was really sad to discover this, as I genuinely enjoyed shopping here, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning. It feels a bit misleading, and I hope the store considers this feedback to maintain trust with loyal customers.

From NY was visiting and this is a must place to go to when in the area!! Me and my group of friends came in to visit and we were blown away. All of us walked out with a hand full of stuff. The owner was super nice and very helpful, she answered all my questions when it came to my face. The products she recommended were amazing!! Love this place will be coming back!
