My new favorite hair store. This store has a large variety of products and the prices are very reasonable. I have been shopping here for a while now and will continue. The customer service is awesome and has always helped me find what I'm looking for. Last night I also discovered they carry my favorite hair color. Keep being great.

They are always very kind and hospitable here. I’ve been shopping at this store for a couple of years, and every visit feels welcoming. They consistently check in to see if I need help, warmly welcome me in, and thank me for my purchases and continued support. It truly makes a difference and keeps me coming back.

Let’s start with the hours. They are open at 8 am and close at 9 or later even on Sundays. The customer service is ultra friendly and everyone always makes you feel like they’re glad to see you come in. The selection is good for the size of the store, but what sets them apart is they always have what I come for. As a wig girlie they offer in stock product at a competitive price. I will drive past Beauty World to come here every time.

Duke Beauty Supply is one of the best stores in Durham. They have excellent customer service and go above and beyond for their customers for over 20 years. ♥️

I absolutely love the staff at Duke Beauty Supply. I have been a customer for at least 25 years if not longer and my experiences are always pleasant!!! Kudos to the staff there…..

I greatly appreciate this store. I love their Customer Service. I love it and it stays open till 10 PM. Such a blessing.

Finally, a beauty supply store that stays open late. Everyone here is so kind and helpful. It’s definitely my go-to spot.
