They said for lip injections was $99 I gave them my deposit I show up they make me sign all this paperwork for JUVEDERM AND WASN’T told they were out of it. I arrived prior to my time schedule was supposed to be 1 o’clock he didn’t come into the room till two then he put something else in my lips and I’m having a major reaction and I’ve never had reaction to anything in my life so just because I saw an arbitration my lawyer just said it doesn’t matter cause I thought I was getting JUVEDERM. I don’t even think he knows what he’s doing I’ve had my lips injected multiple times he just haven’t had done in the last 2 1/2 years and he was un knowledgeable and the receptionist didn’t even know what they put in Me she had to look it up and think to fill it out correctly or they can even give me a receipt so I can give to my trust attorney

As soon as you walk in it feels cozy. The front desk staff is so helpful. Sabrina explained to me the procedures, what needs to be done for me to look more natural. I had my lips done and Sabrina is amazing. Highly recommended.

I went in for their lip filler deal and I was really impressed by the lovely office, their wonderful staff, and caring treatment! I would definitely recommend this office for all of your esthetic needs! Look at my lips!! They are so much fuller! Love!

My wife and I have been to this place twice, and both visits were very disappointing. The first time, we had a 5:30 p.m. appointment, but she wasn’t seen until almost two hours later because management overbooked and still accepted walk-ins during a special event. We tried to be understanding and gave them another chance, but the same thing happened again. This week, my wife had another confirmed appointment, arrived on time, and still had to wait over an hour before being seen. That’s not just poor scheduling, it’s a management failure. The nurses and front desk staff are kind and professional, but they’re clearly overwhelmed by how poorly the office is managed. It’s not fair to the patients or the staff. If a business gives you an appointment time, you shouldn’t have to wait like a walk-in. People deserve better. I’m writing this so others are aware before booking here.

Nurse paul was very informative and patient with me during my consultation and treatment. I highly recommend. Very kind and friendly staff ! Very professional and good customer service !
