GUMIHO KOREAN BEAUTY - Miami International Mall

My experience shopping at the Gumho Korea. domestics store is always 10/10. Ligia is always attentive and extremely knowledgeable. The store usually has all of the trending Korean skin care, and also has a bunch of hidden gems.

Milena was a great help she explained all the products perfectly and I knew exactly what I needed for my skin type by the end of my purchase. Will definitely be coming back to buy my refills!

The staff was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They didn’t just try to sell me random products they actually listened to my skin concerns and recommended items that matched my routine. They even explained how to layer the products correctly, which I loved.The prices were very reasonable and they had so many cute bundles and freebies. My skin already feels more hydrated and glowing after using what I bought.If you love Korean skincare or want to start a real routine, this is definitely the place to go. I’ll 100% be coming

I went to Gumiho at International Mall today and had the best experience. Belle and Roselyn were amazing. They helped me find exactly what I needed, explained everything with so much patience, and made the whole visit feel super comfortable. The store is really organized, has great products, and they honestly gave me some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while. I’m definitely coming back.

This store is amazing, the prices are good considering they are all imported from Korea and are 100% guaranteed real products. The costumer service is also good the workers know what they are selling and are very passionate and ready to help at any moment. They also don’t like when you touch stuff and put it on your face, one of the workers told me not to because a lot of people like over using the product making it run out fast and it was also unhygienic since it’s touched a lot of people’s hands so i’m not upset at that. Overall great store with great workers will 100% come again.
