Ty Adele for helping me on Tuesday 1/20/26 I have been going to this ulta on and off for 2 years anyways they are very helpful I just wanted to say thanks Adele on the pore pads you suggested and the caffeine hydrogel eye patches from good molecules and the other Ulta goodies anyways good vibes and very diversified anyways 10 out of 10 highly suggest this ulta location 💯👌👍

The salon and girls in it are always nice, but the associates are never nice especially woman at the front desk with blonde hair (I believe she may be a manager) is consistently rude and unprofessional. I worked at Ulta Beauty for five years and was in management so I fully understand how stressful retail can be and that everyone has off days, but this is a repeated issue, not a one time interaction. On multiple visits, she has been openly nasty toward me, speaking with a horrible attitude and looking at me with clear disgust for no reason. I have also personally witnessed her speak to employees the same way. This behavior is not subtle, and it is uncomfortable. I initially gave her the benefit of the doubt, assuming I had caught her on a bad day. However, after seeing multiple recent reviews describing the same behavior, including one that even includes a photo of her posted by another customer!? it is hard to ignore the pattern. There are also concerns raised by other customers of color. I am not someone who jumps to conclusions especially of that matter but after repeated negative experiences, I cannot help but feel targeted and disrespected. Customer service like this is unacceptable, especially in a management role. One person can completely ruin what should be a positive experience, and unfortunately, that is exactly what is happening here.

ordered something via phone with Delray store. Girl was very kind, I said I would pick up in one hour. (they do not take payments over phone) Not a problem she said she would hold for me . One hour later I arrive, and they sold to someone else!! Waste of drive, did not keep their word! Plus 2 days prior I had someone help me with particular item and her friend came in to say hello, and she left me and never came bk. I'm not one to leave reviews yet this staff sucks

Edit: have to add Jeanne helped me and really knew her cosmetics. She paired the perfect products from MAC for my eyes and lips. So happy with their expertise and the experience. My review is very specific to Lymar. I was fortunate enough to meet Lymar during a recent visit to Ulta. When I say Lymar needs to be the face of Ulta- I mean it. Lymar walked me through a full length of education on how to apply my makeup. We found new products to achieve my goals/desired look and Lymar didn’t try to sell me just anything. My makeup was applied, and it never looked so beautiful in my life (it was post workout gym). The way I felt valued as a customer was an amazing experience that I never felt before at Ulta or any other beauty store. It gave my inspiration and confidence, like a new feeling of joy. I’m a Platinum Member at Ulta and feel this is the type of feeling I’d like to have to make me feel good about spending my money and time here. Lymar is a beauty and makeup artist, an educator, and a professional "above and beyond" type of person. If you luck out and get to meet Lymar, you’ll see what I mean. Think other employees can benefit from shadowing what Lymar does. Thanks is not enough!

Love Ulta and pricing. They have a wide range of brands which makes them preferred option over other shops that have limited variety This shop also has their own salon and beauty bar and Monica is excellent at her job.

I left this location feeling humiliated and disrespected. An employee dressed in all black treated me rudely and dismissively, and I felt I was treated differently because of the color of my skin. This experience made me feel unwelcome, and I would not recommend this location to individuals of ethnic descent.

I asked a girl not a woman who works there if she has any Wella Orion shampoo? Her response to me was I don't know where it is. She didn't even look for the product for she just walked away from me. Totally unprofessional she was. I will never ever go into Ulta anymore because of your staff member. She deserves to be fired as far as I'm concerned.
