Beauty Bazaar

I have shopped at Beauty Bazaar since days at Big Apple. While not a Sephora or Ults, it was useful when time was short. Although trying products on was often uncomfortable and felt frowned upon. Last week I spent over $100 and bought "Perfection" (?) skin tightening lotion. When i got home and tried it several times (with very small amounts) it always left white residue and/or did not tighten well. I brought it back and was told NO RETURNS! Or even Credit!. Every cosmetic store - even Walgreens - take products back. Always. That lost sale is always treated as the price of doing business and respecting the customer. Not here. No i didn’t not see the sign at the register that is always covered with products or other things and NO ONE offered a warning on a higher priced item! I don’t drive and had to take an Uber there and home (another $20 added on) and was very upset. I did not cause a ruckus but left the store saying I would never come back. Surely losing a high paying customer was worth the $30 to take back a terrible product. But so be it. Back to Sephora… Beth Greenfield

This bad review has more to do with the woman that owns this business as opposed to the business itself. I’m an Uber Eats that was picking up at the restaurant next door Kiki’s, a total wait time of 4 minutes in that time she was aggressive towards me, cursed at me and put a sticker on my brand new car. She is a hateful distasteful woman. I would personally not want my money going to this vile ladies pockets. I even explained to her that I was a Uber Eats and that would be gone in 3 minutes she didn’t care. She’s heartless and ugly In response to your response, that is a bold face lie trying to save the face of your business. Kekes does have camera and I did notify them for the footage of elderly lady the so-called elderly lady that came in a walker and they found no such footage. Again your parking lot sign is big and bold that’s understood and does not excuse your unprofessional behavior. You did curse at me, you were rude, and you did try damaging my property with an illegal parking sticker which by the way will also be reported to the city of Delray Beach. Legally the only persons allowed to put a sticker on a vehicle is by law enforcement and parking enforcement ONLY not a beauty store owner mam. I notified my employer of your trashy and I unprofessional behavior. While you could be in the right because of your parking lot SIGN it doesn’t change your disgusting character

I've been going to Beauty Bazaar since I moved to Boyton Beach. The girls are very knowledgeable and nice. Today, was the first time in their new place. I think it's magnificent and being a retired esthetician for 45 years allows me to give my review. The products are pretty much the same as the expensive known brands. Less expensive and just as good. It's a delight. I hope this can satisfy as many clients as possible. Have a nice weekend. Arlene Manning

Never saw signs final sale on cluttered sales desk or alerted by Lori who assisted me. She mistakenly included and charged me for nail polish which I didnt want. When I returned to get refund for polish and hair brush which I duplicated, her sales people refused to listen to me, citing no return policy. She later called me telling me she’d made mistake with polish and to return for a refund but would not refund brush. Apparently she could make a mistake but I couldn’t. She lost a customer.

What a great shop! Huge inventory of all kinds of fun stuff, wonderful customer service, and great pricing. Thank you for everything!
