Crime must be high around these parts because there are many things locked up. My quick trip wasn't so quick. The gal in electronics was helpful helping me find an adapter and unlocking the USB drives. She put it in a locked plastic box so I could continue my shopping. In the automobile department, even after pressing the assistance button I had to flag and associate down to open the case with the smartphone car mounts. In the personal care section I had to wait for an associate to unlock toothbrush heads for me. She said "I have to follow you to the register now". I wasn't down shopping so she said she'd follow me the rest of the way while I shopped. Luckily since beauty which also has high security she suggested she follow me to the beauty check out. I checked out the tooth brush heads and then finished my shopping. Don't go if your in a rush or if you haven't strategically planned your shopping route.

This Walmart location is my preferred store. I use it for my prescriptions. The pharmacy staff are great. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Call you by name. Easy to joke around with. The rest of the store is good. Always clean. Well stocked. Plenty of staff. My only complaint is that I park in handicapped parking by the pharmacy. When I am ready to check out I have to walk to the opposite end of the store in order to use the self checkouts then walk all the way back across the store front to go to my car. Since it only takes one or two people to monitor the self checkouts there's no reason that they shouldn't have both ends open.

Wanted to buy some beer cause I had the day off the next day and was shopping with some friends cause we just got done hanging out and we're getting ready to go home and some short curly haired dude at the self checkout refused to sell it to me cause they were with me. Was very rude the entire time and had an attitude with me when I was trying to explain that it was for me. Ended up taking my drinks without a word and left.

I love Wal-Mart ❤️ The people checking receipts are awesome and they do deserve credit. They know me when I walk in and the guy in the self checkout is always helping me cuz I mess something up and hes there to help and he shares somethings I don't know about too. I want to give 10 spirit fingers to all the employees that work in every department to because without you all it would not be Wal-Mart without you...

I would give zero stars based on my experience today but I guess you get 1 since Savannah the cashier was great. about an hour ago at Walmart in Manawa when I approached the check out line the manager Dawn was very unprofessional and rude to her employee Savannah who was trying to help me ( a paying customer) . Dawn was questioning why she had her jacket at the register repeatedly when she was busy taking care of me. savannah then stated she understands she shouldn't have personal belongings at the register but she never got a locker and Dawn rolled her eyes and continued to show attitude throwing things around. Savannah you are amazing and were so sweet to me and you should not have to put up with a harassing manger like Dawn. I get it’s just Walmart, but there is a respectable way to handle things and Savannah is human she should be treated like one.

Got both items I needed behind the cages. Donte in electronics was very helpful. Nice to have someone check out my purchases instead of a security camera exposing my possible bald spot. Not quite the other Councilbama location but it's getting there.
