SEPHORA at Kohl's

The store is well taken care of but if you're male and are going for ANY REASON please don't expect the workers to help you without you asking for help. I went today looking for an eyeshadow pallet and wanted some advice but not once was I offered any kind of help. The employees didn't even look at me. It's annoying to feel like I either have to be with a woman or be wearing rainbows and pride merch to be talked to at all without outwardly asking for it. (Yes those are the only ACTUAL times I've been approached by makeup store employees)

Lovely lady helped me do a return on a product when I accidentally got the wrong thing. However, she didn’t tell me I wouldn’t get my $10 rewards points back if I did the return. I’v never had to do this before so was really disappointed she didn’t let me know ahead of time:/ when I was confused why I was paying full price for the exchange/return is when she told me and it was already too late. I would have just kept the product and purchased the correct one had I know I would be forfeiting $10 for my hard earned rewards points. Not her fault I doubt it’s something mgmt trains them to make sure to tell people so in the future that would be helpful and they would have gotten another sale from me. Super sad…
