This is easily one of the absolute worst locations. I don't know why the staff in there are rude. If you look like you're even remotely poor they're gonna treat you as such, case in point. I went in there on Christmas Eve at 4 PM and got proceeded to be treated like a criminal. I could not hold my items while I stood in line. They were forced to be held behind the counter, and this was not even items that I was purchasing for myself. I was picking up a order for a person using a delivery service. They wouldn't let me scan the items either until I got up to the register and then one of the Items was wrong, and it held up the line. The cashier I got, who was a very beautiful curvy woman, was being very bubbly, and happy to every customer before me. But as soon as I got to her, there was a frown on her face and no smile in sight. She was short with me and rude because I was dressed up in a very festive elf like costume. She felt I looked like a criminal and someone who was poor I guess. Needless to say, I'll never be back because this is about the third time I have been treated like this there. So don't shop here if you do not look like you are a rich snobby person.

Rude staff drove a hour to come get my daughters ears pierced today is her birthday and they wouldn’t do it. After I had already called and they told me to come on and I did and then staff left. Worst place ever will never get my business again and fixing to blast it on TikTok and Facebook.

I went into this store completely blind as an Instacart shopper. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They personally shopped each item for me and I am truly grateful. I wish every retailer had the super friendly and helpful staff that Ulta Beauty has.

Tori does an amazing job with brows! I used to get mine threaded here in Conway, but they were always getting thinner and thinner. Since switching to Tori, I can definitely see the difference — she shapes them perfectly while keeping them full and natural. She really knows what she’s doing and takes her time to make sure they look great every visit. Highly recommend her!

They are so rude. If you are a man running an errand for your wife prepare for rudeness. I quit using them three years ago due to the same issue and knew better than to go back today.

My experience at this place was very unpleasant, I was looking for the good girl perfume. When the beeper went off the employees came and got the perfume from me and didn't bring it back, instead she hid it under her arm,and walked past me , I had to go find her and tell her I wanted to buy that. She lied about being with another customer, so what was I. The employees at this place are rude and egregious, I will be doing online shopping if I want something from this store. But I think I will just go somewhere else to buy my perfume.

Always so clean and organized, staff is so friendly and kind. Also no purchase was required for my birthday freebies which is so kind of this company! My girls and I love shopping in here for make up, nail polish, and the cutest hair accessories!
