They have everything you could need. Except for the weights or exercise equipment that is. They will hook you up with a free that’s right FREE BIA/ inbody scan as much as you need.. (no need to upgrade you’re gym membership just to find out where you stand as far as muscle / fat ratio) but for your sake, I’m not suggesting it. Cause it’ll need to you stressing yourself out over the numbers and overworking them. They recommend keeping it around two weeks so that way you can actually see the changes that you have made. This place you have got to at least give it a shot. From the time you walk in to every single return visit you will be greeted on a personal level and As the more and more you return the more this will grow, you will get to see this I promise you. They do get get pretty busy but if you give them respect and patience they will do the same for you. They also have one of the greatest selections to choose from in to name brands, that means Some of the greatest quality products. Don’t worry they will help you pick the right stuff. So don’t let it intimidate you. Cooper is wonderful helping with meal plans, Austin is very knowledgeable in I think it’s safe to say…. Every single supplement, peptide, protein, and nutrition, Kinley well she’s a bit new don’t let that fool ya…. she’s a real go getter, with one of the best attitudes I’ve ever seen from anyone as young as her, so eager to learn, be so helpful, and willing to learn, if she don’t know an answer I’m positive she’s gonna get back to you with that answer. Grant he shines in training, so he’s your guy for that. Michael is one of the owners he’s knowledgeable in a lot… not just the shop or health related stuff you can tell he’s intelligent. John is the other co owner, he’s super friendly, well rounded on his knowledge of what he stocks in his store. He’s the first one of all of them that I got to meet and he left such a BIG impression on me It kept me coming back. And that the products are top quality and will honestly work. I can’t exciters how much I value five star nutrition. Only regret was not going there sooner in my life. Michael was very informative and helpful and he made sure all my questions were answered and he was very patient and didn’t rush me he even stayed later than closing to ensure I had everything I needed and that I was confident in being able to utilize the products efficiently. There is no pressure to purchase anything! Any employee that has helped me has been very knowledgeable and made great recommendations. If you haven't tried their In Body machine, do it!! It gives you the honest truth and a good starting point to assist with your goals.

First off, I walk in the store with zero intention to purchase any supplements today, just to get an in body scan and go about my day. Austin and Brayden were so friendly and polite that I, somehow, pulled my wallet out and purchased things that I needed and didn’t feel like I was spending money. They did NOT push or badger me, no slick sales techniques, or wizardry (non that I can prove anyway). The owner has hired knowledgeable and extremely helpful folks. Go see them!! They know their stuff and are will to take every second needed to fix you up with what you need!

I went there to do a body scan as a doctor recommended. I was serviced from Micheal and was treated with respect and compassion even though knowing i wasn't buying anything today, he listened to my needs and explained very well on his advice and recommendations and created a meal plan. First time walking in with my wife and were helped. Forgot his name, but, he was very helpful. Let us try out some samples of protein powders, super foods, and many other items. I stopped by again and met with the owner, Michael. Really nice guy and if I could rate this more than a 5, I would. Better than GNC and any other places in town. Definitely worth the stop, purchase and money!

I began my 2nd fitness journey in February 2024 and I first stepped into 5 Star around June this year and the knowledge and progress I have made in the gym, and in my overall health I can contribute to Michael and his awesome team at 5 Star. I can't thank these guys enough for walking me through various supplements, weightlifting knowledge, dieting, not to mention getting a meal plan setup from scratch with Michael and watching my progress every month through the free in body scans!
