My daughter paid $210 to get her hair done. The first time, it looked literally the exact same. She expressed to me that she was unhappy, so I called. They only offered to have the stylist re-do her hair. She agreed. After a total of 7.5 hours in the chair, her STILL LOOKS THE SAME. I called and spoke the manager, and she said a refund is not an option since she had the service repeated. NO ONE told us there were 3 options, and they are- 1) have the service redone. 2) have the service redone by another stylist. And 3) refund. Had we have known, we would have gotten a refund, as her hair looks nothing like her inspiration picture, and looks the exact same as before she got it done. I have picture proof. I’ve reached out to the customer service number, and someone was supposed to call me THREE weeks ago. I’m very reached out several times and have yet to get a call. I do NOT recommend this salon at all. They have ruined our experience and we will not be shopping at this location any longer. The lack of customer service is disappointing.

I had a blowout with Doresy and she is AWESOME. My hair has never looked so voluminous. The best blowout ever ever ever. I LOVED what she did!! She also put strip lashes on for me and they looked fab.

Since there is no review portion on my receipt I will come here like a Karen. I already have a hard time going into make up stores because I have no idea what I’m doing. I was looking for a concealer (didn’t know what I wanted) for 30-45 minutes. I was going back and forth, not knowing what I needed. I was looking for people to help me. When I saw workers they were standing in a circle talking to each other, I made eye contact with who looked like the manager but they all scattered when I approached. I was eyed by security the WHOLE I time was there, honestly I probably looked crazy because I was sweating trying to find what I needed. I finally got the courage to ask someone for help. The sweet lady who helped me was awesome. I was so excited because I finally had what I came there for after about an hour. I go to the register to check out, everything is fine until I go to pay with cash. In SILENCE the cashier, Shjai, looked at my 50$ bill, marked it, looked at it under the little light, scratched at it, marked it again, then had to go to TWO other cashiers to ensure that my money was REAL. Then came back over and stated in a cold tone "how would you like your receipt I can’t open the register until you choose". Then as I’m putting the change back into my wallet she says in a cold tone again, "there you go, have a nice day", I then am trying to grab my items, toneless and sarcastically she says again "have a good day." I was not only embarrassed going in because I have no idea what I’m doing, I was ignored, then embarrassed and rushed by the cashier. I will never be going back to that ulta even though the next nearest one is over 20 minutes away. I did call after my experience and was told I would receive a call, I have not received it, but it hasn’t not been long since I complained. Update it has now been a week and I still have not received any call or response.

I had such a great experience at Ulta today! In the past, no friendly person asks to assist me at this location. Today Brittany was so friendly and helpful! She checked on me multiple times and helped me pick out makeup that went with my skin tone. The woman that checked me out was also super friendly. My experience was a very pleasant surprise in this day and age of bad customer service.

Hello just wanted to say I had an amazing experience at this location! Brittney was a big help with finding stuff for my 21st birthday she’s great at color matching as well! The manager and all the other employees were great as well last night big thank you to everyone! Update my birthday was a success I got so many compliments thank you to Brittney!! And the other two wonderful black women who helped me that night

By far the worst experience I've had in an Ulta Beauty. My granny came in with me to look at some products and as Im looking her zipper got stuck on her bag, she hadn't even opened the bag in the store and 4 different employees circled us and treated us like we were theives so much so that we immediately left. I will never go in there again!

In 2 different states they have not carried what I use in cosmetics. In this store, the sales rep said ohI think we just sold the last one. Is that a line? I ordered online from Macy's.
