Walked in the store 10 min before closing and Megan and her coworker greeted my daughter and I and were ready to help us. They were so friendly and provided great service. She reccomend some products for my daughter and was very knowledgeable. We will definitely be back to shop again! Thank you for your amazing service!!

I never go in usually but I was looking for a bath bomb on a whim. All of the employees were so kind and helped me find the perfect bath bomb immediately! I will be back for sure 😊

October was a wonderful help! I was struggling to find a gift and i felt so welcomed and listened to when they were helping me find something! (more often than not I go into a store looking for something and leave empty handed so this was great😊)

Every experience I’ve had at the Chesterfield location, has been truly enjoyable! However, today was super special. I needed a birthday present for my friend, and they came through for me BIG TIME! Extremely, kind, pleasant, knowledgeable, and they WANT you to ask them questions! Absolutely love it! AND They know about the all natural products they’re selling! Very refreshing!… pun intended hahaha 😊!

Curious to know what ice has to do with a cosmetic company? Was very disappointed to see an "ice free zone" sticker on the door. Won't be shopping here anymore.

This is one of the best Lush locations I’ve ever been to! The employees are so nice and helpful. I had some specific questions and they were able to answer each of them with ease, pointing me to exactly what I needed. I love that my dogs are welcome too, everyone here was so sweet to them.
