Fun, it's packed and the fragrances are wonderful. People crowd around you to see what you're smelling and to choose their own. The people that work there make it even more fun..loved it

I got great service here, even though it was a tad busy because of the holiday season (Review written: December, 2023) I ordered ahead of time online and pick up was easy. Then I browsed around, and I like that no one pressured me, but staff were available to answer questions. Good selection of fragrances. I was surprised at the extensive availability of Kiehl’s products. Easy to park.

As a manager, Lala should be well-versed in the buy online, pick up in store process. I came in with my ID ready, but she told me I had to show my confirmation email. When I opened the email, it clearly stated that I could present either the barcode or my physical ID. I even asked what happens if a customer doesn’t have their phone, and she said they’re turned away. That gives the impression that she’s being lazy and difficult, choosing to do things her own way instead of following Sephora’s stated policies. As a manager, she should be properly trained to assist customers accurately and professionally. Very disappointing experience. I’ll be taking my business to another Sephora.

Spacious, well-organized, and easy to navigate. Plethora of brands to choose as well as a large assortment of products. Sales reps are a bit too helpful, but that’s understandable in sales.

The store was very organized and employees were very helpful and kind, especially Gracelyn who color matched me!

I always have such a great experience in this store. The beauty advisors in this location are so helpful and kind, welcoming me immediately when I enter. The trip that incentivized me to write a review was my visit on Thursday February 27th, 2025, where every advisor approached me to ask how I was doing and if I needed any assistance, and I want to thank every person working that day, especially the two who helped me the most during my visit Eric and Kennedy! They were so friendly and accommodating to what my makeup needs are and I’m very satisfied with my purchases!
