I have been a regular customer at the West Loop Credo store for over two years now and I can’t sing its praises enough. The staff is warm, friendly, and not pushy if you simply want to browse and play with testers. They are also extremely knowledgeable about all of the products sold in-store, and I’ve typically been very happy with their recommendations. I have sensitive skin so I have had a few skincare products that gave me a rash, and they refunded me no questions asked. The store even has fun in-store events like free facials. I personally feel the in-store experience here is much more fun and inviting than Sephora, and will always support Credo’s mission of clean beauty.

I really enjoy having a credo easily accessible in the city to return pact recycling to, explore value sets during summer & holidays, learn about unique products and expand my clean beauty collection! I have purchased lots of different products from makeup to skincare to fragrance to beauty to sets online and in store which is very fun to learn and explore. I absolutely love being more conscious for my health and for the planet. The one star off is for the small foot print of the store which makes it difficult to check out/recycle/browse while others are trying to shop and vice versa. They also have phased out shelf space for some of my fav products I fell in love with over the years and no longer sell them in store so it stops me from coming in as often. I also find it strange how much they promote their house brand EXA when it seems like they just want to push it very similar to another review left a while ago. Got the similar treatment of saying my lashes look good to try the mascara. I’ve tried the exa two lip oils (no glitter payoff but fun applicatior), oil prone skin primer (Just okay), duo setting spray, three glitter eye shadow tubes (oily separation and runs into eyes making irritation) based on recommendations but sadly left disappointed.

Annalie is an awesome sales woman. My friends and I each bought a lip gloss due to the charming event. Those charms sold us on the lip glosses because they were so cute! Love the lip gloss now too. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience there! The salesperson was very helpful and I’m sorry I don’t remember her name. I went in looking for a specific perfume but they didn’t carry the full size bottles. She offered to order and ship it to me but that wasn’t a good option for me. She suggested different scents and I found a different perfume that I love! Definitely recommend.

I have been shopping at credo for a year. I love their products because they are clean. 98% of my products are from there. I am always going to shop here for 2 reasons one I care about what I put in my skin, two I love to shop when Vanessa is in the store. I can't express how much she cares about you as an individual, as much as the product she introduces to you. Never pushes to buy something always gives you samples, which make you appreciate her even more. I have always bought the product after the sample! Vanessa cares about her job, she will always educate you and takes her time with you even if there are others waiting in the store. You will never feel rushed and well taken care of. The costumer service Vanessa gives you it's worth the visit. I live in the suburbs and for now on will only travel in to the city too shop when she is working. When you find yourself in buck town or west loop go see Vanessa, you'll have an amazing shopping experience. Thank you Vanessa for all that you do!!

Ari is amazing!!! Seriously she knows her products so well and is the kindest person. She is so talented at helping shade match and recommend products for your skin type too. She is also very patient and good at listening.

went to Credo this past Sunday with my best friend and had a great experience. Sarah, a sales person and esthetician was able to help us try on foundation, blush, bronzer and lip oil to find the best combination for our skin types/tones. Thanks!
