I love this nail salon! Harley at Nior is basically Picasso! She turns my nails into little canvases. She’s professional, creative, and hilarious. If you want nails that are both unique pieces of art, and long lasting, visit her!!!

The first picture I added is the design and shape my cousin asked for when I took her to get her nails done. The second two pictures are what she ended up with. The woman who did her nails (it said Kim Nguyen on her apron) was exceedingly rude to my cousin, yanking on her hands and not listening when she tried to say the nail shape was wrong. At that point I stepped in to tell her that length and shape was not what my cousin asked for, and in the end my cousin just told her to do black nails because she didn’t want to bother with the design at that point. There is nail glue all over my cousin’s cuticles, the nails are lopsided and not at all what she asked for, and she cut my cousin’s cuticle to the point of bleeding. The man who did my nails, Tim, did what he could. I did ask for a more complex design, but they didn’t really turn out like the picture. I’m not really upset about that, but if he didn’t think he could do the design and be steady-handed I wish he would’ve just told me that. I made it known when paying that my cousin was very upset with her nails, and they gave her a $5 discount which I thought was paltry. I am going to have to take her to get those nails completely redone.

My first time here but definitely not my last! I also got a gel pedicure. Being pregnant and celebrating my 40th birthday, I was really hoping that would get it right and they did 🙌🏾

Hadnt been to the shop in years. Decided I’d get myself pampered before my baby shower. My nails came out great(tho she was trying to talk me into gel builder to up the price) but I began feeling some type of way immediately while getting my pedicure. Hannah gave me the price list to choose from. I was ok with basic because I had recently had a pedicure, just wanted to soak a bit( I’m 7 months pregnant and swollen)and get fresh polish. She pointed at the $45 and immediately started trying to change my mind. I told her I was fine with the $30. She sucked her teeth, snatched the price list back out of my lap and tossed it on the caddy where they keep supplies. She then mumbled something to the others and even felt some type of way because I wanted regular polish. (She didn't know I could translate.) My big toes has black streaks going thru them and I had to ask her to fix them. I feel a lot of great shops have lost their great customer service and get mad when ppl are no longer willing to spend their all. It’s now the beginning of slow season for them, why run off the few paying customers you have currently. I did not tip and will not go back.

Woman doing my nails took CHUNKS out of my fingers with the tools. Almost every single one of my fingers has cuts on it and two of them have large chunks of skin missing. She still charged me $65 plus tip and told me she gave me a 10% discount for hurting me. I am still in shock. DO NOT GO HERE.

I love getting my nails done here! Ken is the person that does them and I always get compliments on them. I have also gotten my nails done with Tim and he also does quality work, but Ken is my go to guy. Ken has done my nails in all of the photos I am posting in this review.

I have been having my nails done for years and I recently moved to Tennessee and needed a new nail shop and since I use noire nail bar back in woodstock I figured they would be good boy was I wrong I got my nails done almost 2 weeks ago and with in the first week I lost 4 nails now they are all flipped off but the thumb nails. The guy they put me with made my nails so thin cut them too short soaked my entire hands in acetone which made my skin break out than when I told him please stop filing on the one side so much he said oh im trying to make it even but he would file on the other side for a minute and go back to the left side and file more so they were all different shapes and never got all evened out the edges were awful. It was so bad I just paid and walked out. They all lifted and cracked so I had to remove them never in my 20 something yrs of having them done has this happened. Won't be returning there!! Sorry but that man should not be doing nails but that is just my opinion. He cared more about cleaning his station from the dust was not a good experience 😔
