Michelle in the salon is amazing. After years of dropping $400-$600 a pop on girlies fresh out of cosmetology school who kept messing up or burning off (!) my blonde hair over and over, I’m am so grateful I found Michelle. She is so warm and kind and knows exactly what to do every time. If you’re struggling to find a solid colorist, she’s your girl.

After a really difficult experience at another salon, I went to Michelle to try to fix my hair and she truly worked a miracle. She had a very hard job to do. My hair was damaged, uneven, and the color was completely off. Despite all of that, Michelle was patient, kind, and incredibly professional. She took the time to assess the situation, explain what she could realistically fix, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. My hair looks healthy again and the tone is finally even. Most importantly, she completely restored my confidence. She works amazingly well with Hispanic hair, my hair is naturally curly. Michelle is super sweet, honest, and truly talented at what she does. I’m so grateful I found her. I highly, highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares about their clients and takes pride in their work. Thank you, Michelle, for saving my hair!

Heyyy yalll!!!! Im baacckk!! This will be to the point. This visit was on friday evening between 7 and 7:30 pm ULTA COTSWOLD… COTSWOLD .you would think…,, but no, Customer service was the absolute worst. This store recently got up fitted so it is beautiful and well lit but it was that already. The associates are the worst. Yall know I’m not a high maintenance customer. But my background is in PROFESSIONAL INTERPERSONAL Relations. My last visit to this store was in September this year…prior to that one visit around July and yall know me … one bad visit shame on them… three bad visits shame on me… never again. 1: no one said hello 2: I went for gifts but instead of anybody coming to assist me. They only walked by to see if I was shoplifting 3: the one older woman finally walked up to me , FIFTEEN MINUTES LATER and asked if I was " okay"….. NO IM NOT. I need assistance and all yall are doing is walking past…EYEBALLING ME… Oh! What was I wearing ? A Nike funnel neck hoodie - hood on A New Orleans saints hat SPANX leggings Right….did that even matter??? Did it?💁🏼‍♂️ It was my last resort coming to this location at the last minute across the street from where I live . I promise never again. The lady at the register of course asked me for a phone number in ringing out my purchase in case I needed to make a return Girl…no! I’m never coming back .., if I DO need to make a return …I’ll just take the L….,smh Your sales floor has made me mad .. just ring up my Versace so I can go! That’s my review . ULTA COTSWOLD … who did the schedule for Friday night November 14th.? Don’t do that again. WHO was making the schedule in the summer and then around the middle of September? Or do you all just hire sub par personalities? ULTA COTSWOLD…. Do better . If your staff doesn’t enjoy face to face customer interaction, they need to work from home. There are those of us who still come inside the store and expect better treatment from such a well known name. Oh.. right. Parking as you all know - is crazy at COTSWOLD… the parking lot is super congested … always. Well at least until about 10 pm. I’ve found that it’s better to park at the rear toward the end of the strip behind Panera. My 11 year-old niece begged me to take her here because she got a gift card for her birthday. We spent a lot of time walking through the store to figure out what she would spend it on and how much she had left and all of that, and then we went to check out. When we handed over the gift card, we had not scratched off the pin number. Our cashier started to do it for us and was clearly struggling, so I offered at least three times to take over for her and try to scratch it myself with the coin I had in my hand. But she kept insisting she had it. So after the second piece of sticker she ripped off from the pin area, I took the gift card and scratched it myself. Since she had already ripped off two parts of the sticker, I could only see three of the eight digits needed when I scratched. I even asked for the parts of sticker she had ripped off so that I could try and put it together and figure out the pin number. It was not possible, it was ruined beyond repair. She got her manager and their solution for destroying our $25 gift card was call this number on the back of the card. Which then led to that that’s not who you need to call, call this number instead. Eventually, I talk to somebody who could help me by saying they would send me an E gift card. It would take 24 to 48 hours. That’s not very helpful when you brought your niece to the store to spend her birthday gift card that day. The lack of help from the people from their customer service phone line was horrible. I talked to one woman for a while, and she couldn’t help me so she transferred me to someone else to file a complaint. So I talked to the next woman l and was given no resolution beyond having to wait 24 hours. She did however, offered to transfer me to someone else so that I could file another complaint. I’m not sure what the point of these are if they can’t give a resolution. The woman in the store we’re not even remotely helpful. I asked for a manager, but she’s not authorized to approve a $25 discount of any kind I guess. Basically, the customer service in store and on phone we’re not even a little bit helpful. Mistakes happen and the young woman checking us out made a very obvious mistake, when instead of scratching the card to get the pin, she ripped at the sticker more than once. But they should have an employee on hand, I would give that person the title of manager, who would be able to rectify the situation.

No idea the names, but I picked up my order today around 3-4pm, and that shift was incredible. Every time I go makeup shopping I feel awkward and uncomfy bc of my medically short hair and square jaw, and this ulta was a new one bc of that, and I could not have felt more NORMAL aka welcome. (I’m like a reverse david Bowie aka naturally mannish, imagine a slightly shorter Illana Maher) Every single one of the associates made me feel like I belonged. As a tomboy with medical issues, thank you so much. It’s nice to feel like the girl I want to be and am internally. <3 thank u midday ulta shift xoxo June

If I could give my "visit" today 0 stars I would. I had a confirmed appt that was scheduled weeks ago & confirmed by text message on Sunday, to be told today at the store that it is my stylist day off. I called back to speak with a manager & got Ari. She is lacking a lot of customer service skills. I'm not convinced she is even a manager. Beware of ghost appointments. I'm a diamond member but I guess I don't have enough carats.
