I shopped at Bluemercury in Charlotte and the experience was wonderful! Courtney answered all my questions about the products She had patience was kind and knowledgeable .I have sensitive skin and she helped me choose the products that would be best for my skin type. She was correct! I have been using my new facial items with no breakouts! Thank you! I liked all the Barrier Balance products the best!

Today (2/23) I stopped in between 11:30–12:30. I’ve never visited Bluemercury before. I work as a cosmetics manager myself and have plenty of products, but I wanted to explore something new and try a different shopping experience. My first interaction with the associate in white was wonderful. We connected over working in cosmetics and she found me a tester of the Kevyn Aucoin liquid highlighter, which I ended up purchasing. She was warm, knowledgeable, and engaging. I truly appreciated that interaction! After she was pulled away to assist another client I needed help finding a Jane Iredale product. Another associate stepped in to assist me. While she did help locate the item the interaction felt different. Instead of allowing me to hold and look at the product she kept it in her hands and walked me directly to checkout. The experience left me feeling as though I wasn’t trusted to shop freely. It was my day off so I wasn’t in full glam like I typically am at work, but I left feeling a bit unwelcome. I left 3 stars because my initial experience was genuinely positive and I believe the team has the ability to create a great environment. As a manager myself I’m choosing to view this as a learning opportunity for my own team as well every interaction shapes how a client feels in a space.

Hi there! I’m the founder of the Charlotte Creator Collective and I hosted a creator night at the store. Kristal & her team were PHENOMENAL!! I can’t emphasize this enough. The store is gorgeous and they really took their time to create a luxurious curated experience for my creator community. Everyone in attendance had such a wonderful time. Thank you Kristal!! Blue Mercury in Park Road Shopping Center (Charlotte NC) is amazing! I appreciate how friendly and courteous the staff is. I was quickly giving a tour and some history about the brand. I knew I needed to stock up on sunscreen and always on my lip gloss. I have found a new love and the appreciation of "Reef" friendly Sunscreen for my trip. I will definitely be coming back and tell all my friends about the amazing customer service. keep up the good work!

The beauty consultants at the Park Rd location know their stuff! Courtney has selected a few products for me that have become some of my all time favorite items. The Jane Iredale concealer has been a huge upgrade from what I had been using (Fenty). The consistency is perfect and hides imperfections but the color matching is perfect! I’ve been using m-61 face and eye cream at her recommendation and in just a few months my skin is much more supple and the fine lines seem to be less apparent. Everyone in the store is welcoming, knowledgeable, and personable. I much prefer shopping here for my beauty needs instead of the other beauty stores (Sephora) where you’re a number and kids run rampant on the product testers. I’ll continue to shop here for my skincare and makeup and recommend it to anyone who is looking for quality products and great customer service!

Had such a fun time at Blue mercury today! Becca was incredibly helpful and thorough and generous. Can’t recommend going there enough, for your skin care needs, make up needs, or even a full-face make up experience. It’s all beyond worth it!

I finally had a chance to pop in. I had no idea Macy’s acquired Blue Mercury a few years back. This store is such a convenience. Perfect! To be able to walk in, get top beauty products, without the hassle of mall parking & crowds. I’ve taken multiple pics to show you what they offer. To top it all off, they have a spa! Go shop!
