The first lady that helped me was sweet and so nice. I went to check out and the woman at the register completely ignored me. I waited, mind you, I was the only one in line. No acknowledgement, as she continued on her device. Left me product. Taking my business somewhere else. They also don't carry Armani products.
Man oh man, where do I even begin? I’d like to start by saying that I am a divorced 33 year old mom of 4 (one with special needs) and a whole lot of social anxiety lol so I don’t get much self care in, let alone do my makeup. Lately I’ve found myself yearning for a version of me that feels prettier. So I got on tiktok and looked up some examples of makeup looks and took notes the things I thought needed. I’d like to add in that the look I was going for was full face beat. The one that looks natural but we all know is not lol. Anyway, I walked into a Sephora today and there was three women at the front and I told them I was looking for a "full coverage foundation" and to my surprise immediately Jenny said to me "honey you are beautiful". She leaned towards me and said "do you see the freckles on your face? People are buying products to emulate that everyday. If you want full coverage we can do that, but I’m promise you, you don’t need it". In that moment I was somewhat smitten. Immediately I was comfortable so as you can imagine I agree and followed her. She picks a shade of skin tint and she began applying it to my face." She said i can’t believe your wanting to cover all these freckles, There is so much beauty in the constellations". She built it a little more I can tell she was Finishing up and when I looked in the mirror I couldn’t be more happy with what I seen. Here I was thinking that I wanted full coverage because I needed to be "more beautiful" and this woman was telling me that I am that and more in my natural skin. I ONE HUNDRED PERCENT bought the products lol. Jenny was amazing. She reminded me that I am art and I honestly can’t thank her enough for that. I have been to Sephora many many times but I will never forget this experience and I’ll never forget Jenny lol. Thanks again A mom with a new attitude 🫶🏼
Reading the store as a delivery driver cat help me out today and she was very informative professional and kind and friendly she made my experience wonderful and I will definitely go back here. She also suggested a spray cologne since I am looking for a fragrance for a particular event that I have coming up. She suggested Killian and it is very beautiful. Keep up the great work I've been to the store more than once and this team is amazing
I just have to leave a review! Kate was my beauty advisor today and helped match me for a concealer. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help me find a product that would work for my skin type. Kate knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to name the ingredients in the products we looked at that would be acne safe.
It was my first time in a while walking in here and it was such a terrible experience. The lady with the black slick back bun and migrated lip filler (I didn’t get her name) was extremely rude and had an attitude with me when she rang me up yesterday morning on Black Friday. When I was done with my return she put the receipt on the counter without saying anything with an impatient and mean look so I was confused and slowly walked away feeling very uncomfortable by the annoyed look on her face and the rude encounter I just had and then said "BYE." Very rudely After I walked away. I get that it’s Black Friday and employees are all over the place but that’s no excuse to treat customers with that type of disrespect. I was very respectful and she didn’t show the same back. She looked like she hated working there. Very dissatisfied with my Sephora experience. Edit: My boyfriend was with me and he said he saw her name tag was "Abby"

I spent over $300 and it felt well worth it with all of the amazing recommendations she made. She was very personable and made me feel so welcomed in an intimidating environment as a makeup newbie. Thank YOU for making me feel beautiful today, you made a difference and I hope you remember this moment because I will.
