THE FACE SHOP Carrollton

I was in Carrollton for a follow-up check and was searching for the Beauty of Joseon Relief Sun, since it’s currently very popular and I wanted to try it. I was told it’s best to get it from a Korean store and that’s when I came across The Face Shop. The lady who assisted me was incredibly friendly. The store isn’t very big, but they have everything you need from hair care to body products. I even asked for her recommendation to help treat my blemishes, and she was so helpful and kind. If you’re looking for quality Korean skincare products, I highly recommend visiting The Face Shop in Carrollton. They’re the best!

I’ve been shopping at this location for about 6 years. And every time I’ve been here I’ve never had a problem. I met the most awesome sales associate yesterday. I wish I grabbed her name, but being masked up all I can recall was she had short blond lavender hair. What’s more is she has years of experience in professional beauty consulting. She assisted me diligently in picking out products for both me and my sister. She was always kind and helpful in doing so. If you like this shop I’d recommend signing up for their rewards program. They frequently do gift giveaways at the registers for qualifying purchases, and always seems I’m eligible for a $5 coupon whenever I shop here. Maybe I just love it so much that I buy that much. Either way, the products are very nice and inexpensive (though they carry some expensive lines too), and they have never broken my face out or irritated my skin.

The shop is cute and has a wide variety of products, including Dr. Belmeur and Some By Mi which was a pleasant surprise. What wowed me tonight were the two young ladies in the shop. I asked for help finding products that were fungal acne safe and although they didn’t know right off, they spent 30+ minutes standing at the shelves with me and helping me to analyze the ingredients of every product they thought would be gentle and suitable for my skin type. (We very quickly identified one that worked, but then they were curious about the safety rating of additional products too 🥹) If you don’t know what you’re looking for or you need some help to find a product that works for you, this is a very welcoming place and I would recommend to come here!

You can find really good skincare products for cheap if you come back every once in a while and visit their sale section in the back. My favorite products are the face masks and the nail polishes(so vibrant). I plan to go more into their skincare line once I finish up my current products. The workers are always nice and are always helpful.

Came in here for a brief shop. The woman came out to the main store when she heard us come in and said hello. She left us alone to shop, which is a green flag for me! There are some nice higher end products in there like Dr Jart. I'm a budget gal, so I went for the $3 face masks. We tried the aloe and rice face masks when we got home. Great masks for the price. Target/Walmart brands are always $5, so it was a steal in my mind!

It was fun exploring a new place and I'm happy I did I found a few products I like and the lady with short hair was so nice ^^
