ARITAUM (아리따움 케롤톤)

I recently visited a Korean cosmetic store located within H Mart, and I was impressed by the selection of products from Amore Pacific, a reputable Korean cosmetic company. The products were thoughtfully organized by brand, featuring well-known names such as Innisfree, Iope, and Sulhwasoo, among others. The sales associate was approachable and clearly explained the various products, helping me identify the best options for my skin type. As a nice touch, my purchase included sample products to try at home. Additionally, the store offers a membership program that provides further benefits, including discounts on birthdays. I highly recommend this store to anyone seeking high-quality Korean cosmetics.

Great authentic products! And very nice customer service. Recommend for any Korean beauty products!

This store is amazing the lady was very helpful with finding the items I was asking about and her knowledge on skin care is truly appreciated

Customer service is bad here, the younger lady was really nice, helpful, sweet but her English not soo good but the older skinny lady she's soo lazy don't want to help and gave a bad attitude. Spend several hundreds here and i asked her to wrap the shampoo set she replied "I don't have time" lmaoo really? Store was dead no customers and she soo lazy. What kinda service is that?? Dont want to sell products or assist why be at the shop for?? Bought 2 sets of skincare and asked for assistance she say she dont know and then ask for samples she say dont have any?? Omg, will not recommend or return to this lazy shop workers with not good customer service. No wonder the shop is dead no customers buying products.

I went in here for face mask and got a gift and ladies were super nice 🥰🥰🥰

Visited Aritaum today for the first time and I’m very glad that I came here! I visit H Mart often and wanted to buy my mother some gifts. I’m surprised by the low reviews. Customer service is great, no issues at all. They have great Korean products. The ladies were extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be back soon👍

This place has an amazing selection of skin care goods/masks/ and even hair care. The workers are very friendly and helpful!
