Cos Bar

Great experience at this cosmetic store. The employees were so kind and extremely helpful, and they made everything feel easy and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

Went in bought baccarat before from them. Then this white lady blonde came saying dont buy fake shit literally to a guy who showed me a different site i didnt know and then classified us as together. I bought the baccarat 6.8 oz off the actual site vs supporting this miserable cos bar all want to make commission but dont know any sales etiquette. Worst place to buy perfume the ladies are disgusting.

I stopped in w my partner and sampled a lot of fragrances. I did feel a little awkward not purchasing anything but the customer service was very friendly. Thank you Cos Bar 🙂

I had such an amazing experience at this store from the moment I walked in. I was greeted and they helped me right away. I was able to find a nice shampoo and conditioner which smelled amazing. They offered to do my makeup since I was going to a wedding in a few hours. They helped identify what types of makeup would go well with my skin. I left the store feeling confident. Rachel did my makeup and she was so patient and showed me how to do it myself since I’m not an expert with it. They also provided me with a complimentary gift and the products in it are stunning. I wished I lived here so I could continue shopping there! Thank you for such a great experience from all the staff 🙂

Love this shop. Absolutely perfect for Skincare needs. Also lotions/perfumes are easily displayed; with a very nice selection. I purchased a few items and saw a difference within a day; face care products/makeup. Highly recommend the time for a visit; well worth the cost. The shop's service was excellent; even though it was a busy weekend. I'll be making a second trip soon. Five stars for all the staff members. Extremely respectful/caring for my needs.

Went in with the best intention to buy a select fragrance I have been looking for and was very intrigued by this little shop ! But sadly the way I was treated by an older lady working was very disappointing and disrespectful. I asked about a certain fragrance and was told it was rather more expensive than what I could afford is what she was trying to say. And then gave me a ridiculous price when doubling its actual value just to get me to go away. And pricing 50MLs and 100MLs the same. Made a rude comment to a friend, to me and I will not buy from here ever. I wanted to make the purchase to prove a point but what good will that make ? I’d be prideful. Learn humility!! Just because a person is dressed a certain way and is of a certain ethnicity doesn’t mean we can’t afford your overpriced fragrances that are 150$ less retail online. God bless the staff. Have a great day.

Would anyone like my Sisley lipstick I just purchased at the Cos Bar for $75.43? I asked the lady about lipsticks for more mature lips. Well, she didn’t know about it and sold me a lipstick that doesn’t work. I thought a higher end store would know their products better.
