After shopping at this store for the first time, I received a request for a feedback survey. I was honest. I gave them low marks for two reasons -- the employees stocking the shelves were blocking the aisles and showed no concern for shoppers. One was completely blocking the end of the aisle, forcing us to navigate around him and do u-turns. Another employee was a dismissive when I asked for help during the self-checkout process. The store manager replied to my feedback, asking for more details. THEN he replied and addressed my concerns specifically. It wasn't some canned response. I was very impressed. I'll definitely shop here again. It is SO nice to see real customer service in action! Also, the prices in the store were good and like a lot of other reviewer, I found it to be very clean and a pleasant shopping experience.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was the 1st time I had been there & will be the last. First, im shopping for bread. I pick the the Sarah Lee type I like, but see they have another Sarah Lee brand I like. I go back to where I got the 1st loaf & put it on the shelf, as im turning i can see the bread snatched it off the shelf, slammed the bread so hard on that plastic try it actually made a loud sound. I turn back around & ask if there was an issue? He says he just straightened up & organized all the bread. (Well, great isn't that his job?) I had obviously stuck it on the wrong shelf 🙄 i told him obviously, he works for the bread company and not the store. The more I think about his outburst, the more im outraged. So, I went to customer service & asked for the manager. After a while, the customer service rep says im sorry he's in the very back of the store. Oh, the very back of the store where I just came from & left the bread man at....nice, the bread man is back there talking to his buddy, the store manager. Never bothered to come to customer service....

Always clean and quality food, fruits and vegetables. My only concern is they never have enough cashiers available. I don’t mind ringing up a few items and bagging them myself but when I have a full cart it sure would be nice to have help available.

This grocery store doesn't really need any praise, it is clean, spacious, and has great deals. My main compliment goes to Kenny who was stocking dairy today. He was so pleasant and kind. He helped me find the butter I needed for all of my holiday baking while I am already overwhelmed shopping. I hope he can get compensated for going above and beyond for the customers. Also self-check out is usually very quick and easy with paper bags available at all stations. I usually come here for most of my grocery shopping.

I went here to renew the registration for my truck as I recently discovered they have a kiosk there that makes this possible. It was very fast and easy to accomplish. I would definitely use this service again.

"Safety - our last concern" The management of this store does not care about your safety and especially don't care for the safety of your children. Sidewalks for walking? Nah, that is where we pile up hundreds of extra carts that don't get used. I hope you enjoy you and your small children being forced to walk in the road and risk injurt or death.

BIG! Really big. And clean. It's a cross between a Walmart and Target. Lots of choices. Some great prices and some just okay. I had apples ring up at $6.09 instead of the posted $5.99. Hope you weren't so excited that you signed up for their app in advance. I did and was ineligible for the $10 off first purchase coupon because I was considered a previous not new member. It was fun and not too bad for an opening day.
