Never again will I order from here. Completely unreliable. I will not shop here at all ever again either. If you have an issue you can't talk to anyone to resolve it. I paid $100 for a year of free delivery a service they can't provide apparently. They prepared my order last night and it was supposed to be delayed but never showed up after waiting up for it. Where has my order been all night?? In someone's car? Sitting in their store? Are my meats being kept cold? I have no idea because you cant talk to a person. I also have no idea when it's to be delivered now. They just say 48 hours. That's 2 days! I bought these groceries to make meals today!. Then you don't know what time so your food can sit on your porch for who knows how long if I'm at work when it's delivered. Ridiculous. I should be refunded the fee for my "free" delivery that they cant provide. I forgot the text message I got that said to either cancel it or pick it up. You had no problem charging my card even though you couldn't deliver.
I don’t typically do reviews but when I went in there all the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. We did spark pickup and we had three orders canceled. They were short staffed which I understand but I waited an hour for an order to get canceled. The workers had no sense of urgency. There were people leaving left and right before they got their orders because of the cancellations.
Bad service all the time, I am fair person but this Walmart Needs new management. Deliveries always late, orders or never right. And when you call a lot the time just issue refund instead fixing issue.
The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was polite. The issue is a pickup order that was placed the day before, to be picked up from between 6-7pm. It was delayed a little before 7pm, which is fine. It was delayed again a little before 8pm. I called at 9pm as I need these items tonight, and a pickup order was placed for a REASON. After speaking to the gentleman, he informed me that due to staffing, my order hadn’t been started yet, and that they will be closing at 10pm tonight. He told me my order would most likely be ready by tomorrow. I rescheduled my order through the app, as it is getting too late to drive out here with work early morning. Awesome, that’s great to hear. Again, no problem with the gentleman — he is I assume using the tools and staffing Walmart has provided him to perform these orders and get them out. There is nothing he or the staff can do if they cannot communicate these issues to paying customers per Walmart’s ‘rules’. I don’t actually know these rules, but I hope the gentleman was truly working in best interest and did not lie. If there isn’t already something in place for these situations, Walmart needs to address this. Had I been told at any point beforehand, I would have cancelled my pickup order and physically gone to Walmart myself. Pickup orders are meant to be convenient for people who are busy, and do not have time to wait in line for the few cashiers and self-checkout attendants they schedule to work while there are a hundred some people shopping and needing to checkout. I’m sure this is a reason, among others, that Walmart began offering pickup orders. It’s supposed to be convenient and usually within the hour time window. There is a difference between an hour delay for dinner, and a day delay for dinner for busy families.
Make sure your door staff have handheld scanners or are at least properly trained. I use the Walmart app and get my receipts automatically sent via text, it is policy to scan the barcode presented. Scanning that barcode will tell you what was purchased. I know the policy. Apples and alcohol were my only unbagged items aside from a 14oz coffee. There is no reason your employee needs to try to touch my personal property, lie that scanning my receipt wouldn’t show my purchase, OR tell me I need to calm down when I reassured I knew the policy.
Never keeps the shevels stock with the things you actually need especially after like 6pm. Walmart sucks hard. Can never find any thing asked employees if there was any bread cause I don't eat multi-grain (who does tbh) told me I'll have to come tomorrow when they restock it was told the same for strings cheese. Horrible customer service. Won't be shopping here or any Walmart again at this point. What's the point of a grocery store if your shelves are barren.
Shelves always stocked neatly. Items are easily found. Staff is very helpful with requests. Store is kept well. Always somewhere to park.
