THE FACE SHOP

I've been going to this store for eight years now. Even when I lived in New Jersey, I really liked The Face Shop. I especially loved the Korean manager, who was so kind and honest. But since she left, I've noticed something unusual about this store. Usually, The Face Shop stores offer generous discounts and samples with every purchase. Since the Korean manager left, the customer service has deteriorated significantly, and they no longer offer samples. I know Korean cosmetics stores are known for being very generous with their samples. I've recommended this store to many of my Chinese friends, and I always gave them their cosmetics as gifts. So, I'm really disappointed..

The employees were very friendly and supportive! When I entered the store, my eyes were pleasantly surprised with how very well put the store was and its pretty pastel colors. 💕 I was looking for some skincare products that could help with acne, and when I asked they immediately recommended me the Dr.Belmeur Skincare Set. Even went as far to explain to me, who has just started doing skincare very recently, the purpose of a cleanser and a sunscreen. Along with what order to use the products in, which I really appreciate as they were really taking their time with me. They also give out great discounts on their products, and even have BTS merchandise as well for any Kpop fans! Very cute store, totally recommend!! 🥰💓

The best medi heal is always my favorite company to use vs medi cube but I love it!

They have loads of facial care and cosmetics stuff at reasonable prices. Even a few things for men. Students can get a 10% discount with id. I usually get their face masks at a deal of buy 10 get 10 free. This location also sells random "cute" items like plushes or keychains, etc. Staff can reasonably speak English, some better than others.

the prices here are okay, its in the mid range. I purchased some lotion and it costs $19, but they have a 10% discount if you show them your student id. The workers follow you around and I feel its uncomfortable. But,when you buy something, the cashier gives you a face mask depending on your skin concerns.

This is the first review I've ever written in my life because I forgot to thank the staff for their beyond wonderful service when rushing to get home. I purchased a single face mask and received a complimentary mask catered to my skin. The staff rounded my change up so I wouldn't receive pennies. More so, they gave me a student discount(which I didn't know existed). I was taken care of extremely well in this store, and the owner is a very considerate woman. Even their face masks are very nice quality; they're the first to fit my face correctly(especially the forehead, nose, and lip area).

It's amazing, this store is very good I bought a makeup product and everything is Korean, but is impressively amazing because I bought makeup and they have shades that could fit you plus there is kpop stuff and it is amazing for people that like kpop but only for the groups straykids and bts (army, and stay) there is straykids light stick and bts merch, I give this 5 stars
