The workers there are so sweet and kind and they recommend me what to use and always ask me if I need help with anything

As I was trying to shop every turn I made there so happens to be an employee following me. I am a student in a cosmetology school and I was browsing contemplating which items I should purchase but eventually I felt uncomfortable. There was another person in the store and she (the employee) had only been following me. I’m not even sure as to why I looked suspicious to her. It’s unfortunate I was ready to spend what was needed.

Bad business people. The owner doesn't care. I used to shop here but never again. My family owns multiple salons too, so we're done with this place.

Danna is exceptional! She was super attentive and gave me step by step instructions and recommendations to achieve the hair color I’m looking for. Very knowledgeable. The store is clean and they have a great selection of products at affordable prices. I will be shopping here for all my beauty supply needs. Thank you!

The staff here are so kind, always helped me with my decision-making and informed me about differences between products (I am sooo indecisive). I had a time where I lost my card and didnt have enough cash on hand, my Google pay was not working at the register at all. I told them I'd be back shortly to grab cash, I came in a lot later than I thought and the lady was still holding onto my items for me and was so understanding. I have really bad anxiety and they make me feel so comfortable!!! +the prices are so affordable

This is the only beauty supply we have in the area so thats a plus… Has many products. Just wish they sold braiding hair & Kanekalon hair .. & wish they allow you to shop in peace.. theres always two girls. One at the register and one on the floor. And they watch you like hawks.

I was greeted, asked if I needed help and said "not yet". That same young lady was at every turn I made. NOT in a helpful way. Eventually, I asked "Are you ready to work?" I'd driven from Ft. Hamilton because this shop had high reviews and I had a list of hair & nail things to contemplate. Young lady asked the cashier about something I wanted. The cashier, Natasha, was helpful. I turned to her and tuned the young lady out. Natasha answered my questions, found what she could, and was pleasant. The attached picture is of the young lady, who was at every turn...
