Update: in response to the owners comment, how about taking some accountability of needing to provider better safer service. It is more than half of the reviews with the same exact complaint so we’re all liars ? Even given my whole Exact 5-7 minute experience in the store with description of the employees that made me feel uncomfortable you are quick to call me a liar. Pathethic but I expect nothing less. If ppl are giving you a reason to follow them then do so but I literally had a basket with a few items in just the few minutes I was there and I was next to the register where I was very visibility seen what reason did I give to be felt uncomfortable and unwelcomed? I don’t even do reviews like this but this made me very uncomfortable and clearly I’m not the only ones Do better and take accountability!! Very racey: I worked retail I know exactly how it goes: I was the only one being followed and i was in and out in 5 minutes. 2 Spanish girls gave a head nod and smiled and proceeded to watch me as I put items into my basket lol. Only black girl in the store and only one who was watched but again I’ve worked retail I know how it goes the girl with the longer hair pretended to touch things when she heard me state on the phone that I know I was being watched. Do better I love all ppl but that store clearly did not.

I used to come here consistently because I live close by, but that is changing. I had the most racist experience there this morning. Constantly watching me and the lady at the counter interrogated and asked me why I didn’t use a basket after I paid. Won’t be coming back and will be shopping Black owned now

Great store. I bought a lot of stuff so had to leave my items there and pull the car up. When I got back, they had packed everything in a tote bag... totally unexpected. Very happy with this store. Thank you! v

So happy with this store and my brief shopping experience. I read the reviews from other ladies and felt hesitant, because I’ve had experiences where I get stared down too — but I brought my partner with me and we both felt that the energy of the store was totally neutral and safe. A friendly man came over to ask if we needed help when I was stressing over which developer to buy and gave me really helpful advice on what to get. It’s hard to be a Chinese American business owner in a time like this and you choose how and where to support your communities through your dollar. THANK YOU!

I would give 0 stars. Overpriced products, they have a worker constantly watching you and hovering you. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable. You literally can not touch a single product unless you are going to buy it. Racially profiled me , told me I had to leave my toddler outside alone cause she had ice cream. I don’t know how this store has 4 stars

This is a great place to buy practically all your hair necessities and more. They carry over the counter meds as well especially those Spanish products that sometimes are hard to find in the area. Go ahead and check it out when and if need to.😀Oh and by the way the workers are just doing what they have to do if you feel you're being followed. Too many people stealing and it is what it is!! I get help all the time sooooo......😀
