The employees greet you as soon as you come in. Sweat lil spot. Everything was nicely organized and well labeled. The workers were very helpful with what I was looking for. The prices were really good. Nice skin products. I don't even get to see everything. Happy with what I got and can't wait to try them.Plan to come back with my daughter.

Sentí senti Brooklyn has an incredible variety of skincare products, with multiple brands and options for different skin types and needs. That said, the store could use a bit more decor. The many white walls create a sense of emptiness, which feels off even when the store is busy with customers.

Now let me tell you something about Senti Senti Willy B location. Genuinely the sweetest girls in the entire world- so helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and such great conversationalists. I will indeed be returning for restocks every month. The best Korean beauty store I have ever seen across every borough. I also really appreciated that these ladies /this chain of stores are so diligent about expiration dates. I’ve had previous experiences at other K-beauty stores (Kosette is the one) in K-town where they knowingly sold me expired sunscreen multiple times. Suffice to say that I will not be returning to any stores beside Senti Senti from now on. Truly a 10/10 experience!

Came there in december for my daughter of 13. She was very happy and have all products she needs. She used it since then and her skin and hair improved so much. Next time, i will asked for myself 😉. The store have a good korean vibes.

I love senti senti. The women who work there are super knowledgeable and friendly, the store is well stocked and has almost all of the products I've ever needed and it's a skincare girlies paradise place! I love going in there and I can be there for hours choosing products for my skin. I'm a repeat buyer and will continue to go back!

Such a great selection and the staff are all incredible! So kind and knowledgeable. They didn’t have my usual sunscreen but the woman helping me found a very similar one with similar finish and price point. Can’t recommend enough. If you’re curious about K-beauty and don’t know where to start this is a stellar store.
