I have called earlier today, the girl said 2:15pm should work so I drove all the way there, they told me no spot and they called me to notify me which is a lie. Do not have missed calls from SASA. Wasting my time drive over and told me they can’t do it. They need to have better management team and scheduling properly. Never easy to make an appointment at all. Paying 2320 for my packages and not satisfied with service and they are not able to refund the unfinished package. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Have been here several times the past year. They are mostly able to accommodate walk-ins. I have impressed with the quality and ambience every time. Would definitely recommend a visit!

I came here as a tourist to visit Boston and wanted to get a facial and the staff actually had the nerve to ask for a tip. They made it seem like I didnt pay.

This spa is perfect because it's off the beaten path and the ladies are so nice. They have a very relaxing and cozy environment. I'll definitely go back when I need quick lovely service.

Went to their location on Essex st that offers massages . I was warmly greeted by the a nice lady at the front desk . I was in so much back pain and I wanted some relief. She suggested deep tissue massage. Mary my therapist was great! She went hard on my back but she kept checking with me all the time to make sure I can handle the pressure. I was very stiff and I really appreciate her pressure as my back felt so good right immediately . You can ask for milder massage or let her do her job she is a professional. I feel so good and I already scheduled my next massage. Definitely a monthly type of thing for me now.

I was TOTALLY impressed with this place! I booked a facial with Sherry and it was the best facial I’ve ever had! She analyzed my skin and we came up with a treatment plan that was holistic. Sherry was very professional, thorough and super nice. The whole experience was very relaxing. My skin is clear, glowing and very soft after the treatment. Definitely will come back next time.

Go get facial there every month. Basic facial is 1-1.5 hr each visit. I bought 10 times at discount rate for $400. Plus tips each visit. I tried Rachel and Vivian. Enjoyed their message a lot. Highly recommend!
