Glossier Boston

I went in today for some last minute Christmas shopping, and I experienced one of the best shopping experiences ever. Some may say that quality customer service is dead, but Glossier on Newbury St. is not caving. Catherine (I pray to God I remembered your name correctly, there’s a chance it could also be Caroline, *shes from TX originally* if that helps identify the right staff member) anyways, SHOUTOUT TO HER!! She ensured the gifts I was getting for my sisters were on point in terms of their coloring/ features, and just her overall patience and customer service far exceeded any other shopping experience I could recall. Don’t be intimidated coming into the store, the staff is nothing but kind, professional, and BEYOND helpful. Thank you!!!

This place is amazing - you can try on any of their products and more importantly they offer an classic experience focused on actually helping customers. Catherine (from Texas!) worked with my daughter to help her pick the concealer that worked best with her - and spent so much time with us knowing we would prob not buy much else. Well she was so awesome that we ended up getting a lipstick as well. I think my daughter is a customer for life. Plus the products are made in NorthAm so you can count on the quality of composition.

I am the kind of person who prefers shopping online 99% of the time, but the shopping experience at the glossier store is incredible! I wish every store had customer service like Glossier. Should out to Juli helping with my color match and product exchange!

I went here a couple months ago with my sister and the employees there were the sweetest! They helped us along our whole experience there and informed us on any product we had questions on. Everything was clean and cute. We will definitely be back when we visit again !💗

I had a great experience shopping here at this glossier location! The store is super cute, organized and clean. Only the testers are available on the sales floor but if you want to buy something just ask the worker and they'll get it for you from the back. The workers were also super nice and friendly when I walked in and when helping me with the checkout process. Check it out!

Not gonna lie, I came in wanting to just smell a fragrance and I was jumped by different sales associate to ask how I’m doing/what I’m looking for. Kinda spooked me and I just left when I wanted to smell more. Not a dig at the employees btw since I know management is probably forcing them to be on people so if you’re a manager reading this, don’t force your sales associate to do that?

Walked in and immediately smelled so good! We were helped by a super sweet girl named Jarriah~ She was very helpful in explaining all the good deals and convinced us to buy the perfect scents (: 10/10
