Obsessed with this boutique. As someone who can not manage the sensory overload of Sephora or Ulta, I love to stop in Credo and browse or tell them exactly what I need. They are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and I love that they can recommend the best brand based on what I am looking for. I don't go anywhere else now!

The staff here is so wonderful! Credo was sold out of the Tower 28 foundation in my color on line, so this store shipped it to me. Ron and Hayley helped me with my order and I am so grateful to them. They are so friendly and so on top of things. I really love this store, and it really feels like they value their customers. Highly recommend!

I love coming to Credo Newbury and Charles St whether I have a shopping list or not! Everyone who works here is so lovely and knowledgable and they know exactly which product line will be the best fit and how to layer each serum, cream etc for the best outcome. My skin has never looked better with products since I have been getting their counsel on how and what to use. I've been a Credo regular for two years now and it is the only place I go to buy skincare.

I'm not big on shopping in store, nor am I a clean beauty devotee, but I will be making a point to patronize this location. Not only do they have makeup brands that are hard to track down in person but the staff is absolutely fantastic. Echoing numerous other reviews, Ron is the best. I stopped by during their black Friday sale, despite the store being quite busy and initially planning on just trying to figure out what to get on my own, he saw me struggling to decide and offered to help. He then spent over 20 minutes (and past the end of his shift as I found out later) making recommendations, helping me swatch different products, and letting me know if he thought they would work for me. While my interactions with everyone else was limited they all seemed very sweet as well. The store was also spotless. Will definitely be back.

I LOVE CREDO ON NEWBURY! My coworker and I stopped in to shop the 20% off Friends & Family sale this past weekend. We both were looking for new skincare routines and were introduced to so many fantastic brands with beautiful products. The lovely and extremely knowledgeable store manager, Natalie, helped us pick out products that were perfectly suited for us. My skin has been inflamed and irritated from wearing a mask 40 hours a week and I was in search for some clean products to help my sad skin. Natalie was focused on finding the perfect product that had the most optimal ingredients for my skin. Natalie also helped me understand more about the ingredients in the products that she was recommending and how they would help my skin. I am absolutely blown away by their product knowledge and kindness. So much so, we went back the next day for cosmetics! I am absolutely loving all of my new clean goodies! I can't wait to come back into the shop to recycle my old products! Thank you Natalie and Hayley!

I went into Credo to find a new skincare routine and Becca helped me find products that are best for my skin type and could help address any skin concerns that I had. She knew a lot about the products & brands and was really friendly! I love how there is a range in price points for these really high quality products so that everyone can find something they like here:)

I’m OBSESSED with Natalie and Hayley!!!!!!! They listened to my needs and produced THE ABSOLUTE BEST skin care routine for me! I loved my new stuff so much, I came back the next day to buy more stuff. Their suggestions were just so good for me, I bought almost everything they showed me. I went in with a friend both times, we have really different skin care needs, and while Natalie was showing me product targeted for me, she kept my friend engaged and vice versa. It was just such a great experience, this is my new favorite store. They really go above and beyond for their customers.
