Ulta in Trussville, Alabama(store 1154) is hands-down the best beauty and gift store in the Birmingham Area. It is one of few quality stores that has something for everyone. My experience at this Ulta has been consistently exceptional. I choose this location over others because of the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. These employees make the effort to build real connections with each of their customers. I would like to personally recognize Maecy, Staci, Keela, Lexie, Hope, Alandra, Tamera, and Kaitlyn for their outstanding service. Each of them has helped me and they are incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely kind. It’s rare to find a whole team that treats you like they actually care, but this team does. If you are looking for exceptional customer service, quality products, and a consistently positive shopping experience, this Trussville Ulta is the best in town. Highly recommend!

When I first walked in to the store I asked two young ladies for some help finding a more natural makeup look like tinted type makeup. For context I haven’t worn makeup in a while and I wanted something that was light for an upcoming trip. The girls were not super helpful other than saying 2 brands.When I asked where those brands where one girl pointed at the sign on the side of the wall and said "it will be under the sign that has the product name" I had every intention of of writing a bad review because not only were the girls unhelpful they were kind of rude. However I gave this store 5 stars only because I was approached by a woman that offered to help me, I later found out Malorie was the store manager. She helped color match me and even gave me great recommendations on other items that I had asked her about. She made me feel seen and helped me find everything I needed to start a new makeup routine I’d been hoping for when walking into the store. I will definitely be a regular customer because of her and only for that reason. In closing Malorie deserves a raise for caring about her customers and making sure they are satisfied with their purchases.

Just left Ulta in Trussville and Eric was such a great employee! Between a gift card not working and then an issue with my app and my birthday sample, he went above and beyond with patience and a smile on his face. Thank you for your help!

I visited this store last weekend to shop around for skincare items. I had no clue as to what products would help with my oily skin or which foundation would match my face perfectly. Maecy was able to assist me and helped me pick out great products! She was very knowledgeable about the products, professional, kind, and enthusiastic!! She also helped me to choose fragrances which I will be returning back to the store to purchase. Awesome job Maecy!!!! Before I finish my review, there’s another store employee named Ashley who is very kind and sweet. She’s assisted me on several occasions and also knowledgeable about the skincare products!!! I would give this store 10 starts if I could!!!

What could I possibly say.... it's ULTA !! The one place a girl feels like she's in a dream! LOVE LOVE LOVE!! I literally wanna just squeeze the store and give it a smooch! Haha the staff are very helpful! I couldn't find the perfume I wanted, and the nice lady that helped me, opened almost every locked container there, helping me find the perfect scent ♡ Needless to say.. I now have my new, favorite Valentino perfume, and I'm so thankful she didn't give up on me!!

It's always a pleasure shopping @ the Trussville Ulta. The employees are absolutely adorable & eager to help. The atmosphere @ this location is upbeat & fun. Alaura took care of me & made sure that I found everything that I needed & gave great recommendations regarding the products I purchased. Thanks Team Ulta!!!

I lost my sense of smell more than a decade ago but thanks to a nurse at a recent hospital stay, I found THESE! I could actually smell what she was wearing and it was warm and inviting and welcoming and lovely. Every time she entered my room I smiled. She put me on to Ulta Beauty and Nemat. I ordered immediately and have not been disappointed. Compliments are never ending. And because it’s oil it last longer. Thank me later!
