This was a great Belk! Usually shop at the one in Auburn. This one was so lively! Staff was helpful! The app said this store had the item that I wanted in stock, but I could not find it. Would come back to shop here again!

One of the few major department stores left in Birmingham. Wide array of quality products, great shoe department. Helpful staff.

We came here to do some Christmas shopping. They had a variety of sales throughout the store. The checkout experience was frustrating. They did not have enough staff to provide a smooth checkout process. We understand it was because of Covid. The worst part was a lady in line was trying to return some items and she wasn’t really sure what she wanted. This caused our checkout time to be about 30 minutes in line.

Their sale yesterday was fantastic. They always have a much better selection than the Belk in Montgomery. The staff was very helpful. We didn’t have to wait long in line to check out.

Awesome staff! It was so busy at this location, and even though it was, each staff member we went to was VERY helpful and took their time assisted our team with the best sale with great quality... especially Hayden, he's was more than happy to assist.

Decent store to shop. However, they have a lot of employees walking around the shoe department but only 1 seems to be there to actually help. Also, keep in mind if you make a purchase with cash you can return & get your cash back. However, if you make a purchase with a debit card you cannot return it & get your money back unless you have that debit card with you.
