I ordered a Dyson Airwrap from this site for the first time. The seller shipped the item via UPS to the address I provided, but the package was never delivered to me. After contacting their customer service by both email and phone, I was told they would not investigate the issue. Instead, they claimed they are not responsible for missing packages and that I should deal with UPS directly. This is completely unacceptable. When a customer purchases a product, the seller is responsible for choosing the shipping method and ensuring the item is successfully delivered. It is their obligation—not the customer’s—to investigate delivery issues and resolve them. Based on this experience, I will not be doing business with this company again. I strongly advise others to avoid this site, as their practices feel unreliable and untrustworthy.

Recently had a great experience at this location. I was able to find everything that I needed and was especially surprised to find such great skin care expertise in the employee that helped me, (Anna). The customer service was top-notch and I will definitely be back for any additional questions and products I need to purchase in the future.

Such a horrible company to with with and not sure how they are maintaining many locations. Ordered a product which was not received, but customer service was very rude and can't help locate a package. Start way from this scam company and horrible customer service agents

Staff is unfriendly. Store manager is arrogant and rude. Good selection of product, what a disappointment, uvillage and Kirkland are better by leaps and bounds.
