It’s a nice store in a great location. Try not to go there on weekends, unless you are picking up your online order or just want to try on some make up. Lines are super long, I usually have not desire to spend time waiting. I added photos of some of my favorite products. They finally have the new Dior sticker blush!
Rachel is AMAZING! You can tell she really loves her work and is the best at what she does. She was so knowledgeable about products and incredibly kind and patient with me. I usually am nervous to pick out new products and Rachel was so beyond helpful and made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Thank you!!
I shopped at Sephora today and spent around $300, but the experience felt disappointing. they never gave me any sample. When I asked for samples they only gave two random that were not even useful for me. I always enjoy trying new products, especially after a big purchase, but this time the customer service didn’t feel welcoming. I hope the store can improve the sample selection and customer interaction in the future.😩
T is hands down the best makeup artist she did my makeup so nicely! She even recommended me great products also helped me and answered all my questions about skin care and makeup! Truly the best worker at Sephora and best makeup artist! She did not come to play 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽
Was in yesterday trying to find a perfume I like. I was asking questions and was just getting dirty looks from the sales people. I really could have used some help and would have loved some help. They were super friendly/helpful to other people around me. I think I didn’t look "rich" enough for their help. I got zero help and because maybe to them I looked poor, that was the vibe I got, it seemed like they were just watching to make sure I wasn’t going to steal anything. I was wearing my work outfit heading to work after. They didn’t even tell me about the sampler sets I could try then choose my favorite for a full size bottle. I just found that out from a friend. They offered zero information and ignored me.I’m struggling to find a perfume I love, so would have been great to be treated with some respect. I ended up going to lush and buying from them because they were so incredibly nice and helpful.
We had the pleasure of having Aleecia be our perfume specialist this evening. We were not sure what type of perfume we were even interested in when we walked in and she helped us throughout the entire process with a smile on her face. She was actually the best and we walked out BEAMING with a new perfume. Will definitely be back!
I visited the store yesterday and unfortunately didn’t have a great shopping experience. While I was looking at foundations, a sales associate stepped directly in front of me as they were helping another customer. I understand they were trying to assist someone, but it felt rude for them to just cut in front of me without even saying "excuse me".. I ended up standing there awkwardly for a few minutes, unable to look at the products. So i had to leave and come back. I went to the fragrance section to pick up the item I originally came in for. It took a while to get assistance, and when I finally did, one of the associates kept trying to convince me to buy a different product because she said the one I wanted was "basic" : I understand they are trying to sell a new fragrance to me, but there are better ways to do that. I came to the store specifically to purchase a product I’ve been interested in for a while, and the experience felt dismissive.
