I went in looking for vanilla perfumes, and this gorgeous lady helped me out and was so patient and happy. I forget her name because I was so tired, but her name was along the lines of Delene. She helped me find a scent I really liked and she was just the best. Thank you so much!

I had services done by master stylist, Amber Cook! She was so incredible and took very much good care of me. Some great qualities she had was that she educated and shared her knowledge with me on scalp & hair care. I feel that some stylists don’t usually tend to be that informative when it comes the way we want and wish for our hair, but she was a great educator along the way. I left the salon feeling relaxed and beautiful! Thank you, Amber!!

I went in for a partial highlight and a trim. 5 extra inches on top of what I asked for were cut off, on top of the layers being uneven and hacked. My hair was very long before and now I cannot even pull it out of my face because of some of the short layers. There was also framing done which I did not ask for. The partial hightlights I wanted only at the ends of my hair ended up being a full highlight all over. They guarantee 100% satisfaction but I emailed the company and the kept spinning me in a loop. They asked me when I was available then never contacted me but stated there had been several attempts. Before and after pictures.

I ordered something online. I received the notification. I went to pick it up, they asked for ID. And we were out of there very quickly. Customer Service was great! Id do business with Ulta again.

My experience today was quite disappointing. I was checked out by Alex, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only did she treat me poorly, but I overheard her treating the previous customer in the same manner. When I asked for a bag, she rudely informed me she had none available. Her attitude really soured my visit, and I feel she’s not suited for a customer service role if she’s not willing to provide a positive experience. On a positive note, Marissa stepped in to assist and completely turned things around. She was kind, helpful, and truly made my day better. Ulta could definitely benefit from having more associates like Marissa.

This is a very big and bright star that seems to have a lot more than the other location but I think their employees should look better if they're going to be working in the store it's kind of concerning to take recommendations from employees that don't look like they use any of the products in the store and are one step away from being on the street. I was trying to be respectful of the person helping me. I couldn't tell what gender they were but either way a person working in the makeup and skincare line should look better than the person coming in for help. I'm taking what they suggested back to the store because they looked terrible and they didn't listen to what i was saying about the brands i have tried and what hasnt worked. I know that we can't be perfect and we're only human beings but if this person is going to be arrogantly giving people skin care and makeup advice I need them to be taking the advice that they're trying to get to everybody else. If it was a shoe store or something like that it wouldn't matter but it's a makeup and skincare beauty store so you don't want to see someone hideous trying to tell you how you look. I didn't ask for unrelated makeup advice I just asked for a powder to buy this person started saying all this extra stuff when I already know I was looking good. they shouldn't have insecure employees working here.
