They make it so hard for you to pull up your Sephora account they make you type in your email address and then other times they have to be the ones to type it in so you have to spell out your entire email address stuff doesn't come up under your phone number like at the regular Sephora when you asked the employees for recommendations on things they don't appear to have used any of the products in the store. I tried to get this one a chance because I don't like the people in the 5th Avenue Mall one either. But i think I'm just going to have things delivered instead. Some of the girls are nice most of them just seem to be there just to look cute not really to help people if they're not using any of the products in the store then I don't understand how they can work in a makeup store. And just because the Sephora is in a cold it shouldn't be so difficult to pull up your account or to make returns and they don't apologize or explain apologize it's a different process with us being in kohls that could easily Defuse The Situation. But maybe they don't know that either

I often go into sephora and every time it's a bad experience. I went in today wasn't greeted by anyone and two employees at the front counter looked at me waiting in line and continued to talk. I finally was checked out 15 minutes later and the employee ringing me up grabes my item throws it in a bag and just hands me my item and continues to speak to other employees. It makes me feel when ever I go in there. I'm an inconvenience to them.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had purchased almost $250.00 worth of products about a week ago there. At that time, there was only a short guy working the counter, which was no help whatsoever. I went in today to return a item, and the feminine guy with the long nails acted like I was trying to return a false item and insisted that I did not purchase it there. He was VERY rude and so were the girls standing behind him gossiping about me. They made it very obvious. The manager said she would look into it and took my receipt. After 10 minutes of waiting, the long haired guy, the short girl with cornrows, and the girl with the pink/red hair we’re continuing to gossip with me and my husband standing right there! The manager finally comes up with the loss prevention/security guard and said that I did NOT purchase it there and refused to even look at the sephora app where it showed that I was there at the Kohls/Sephora a week ago. Much less, even listen to what I was trying to tell him what the error was. He said he had no idea what I was even talking about as far as the Sephora app goes. Apparently, what had happened was when I was there a week ago, he rang up all my products, BUT that item i was returning, and charged me for two items that I did not even purchase. They made me feel like criminal and insisted I was lying. All I wanted to do was return the item! I agree with all the reviews on here. My husband and I will never step foot in that Kohls/Sephora again. The Sephora at the mall is 100000000’s times better and they are way more professional and helpful. Corporate really needs to take the seriousness of uneducated misuse of employees there. They definitely need to dress better and have better hygiene as well, not look like they just woke up from being at the bar all night.

Awesome customer service felt right at home. the sales clerk was very warming and help me to her best ability. I've been using the product she recommended and have noticed my skin is more even and my hyperpigmentation is going away.

I had my dad go into sephora with his girl friend and my daughter to buy some stuff for me and i get a phone call from my dad saying they called the police on him for being "intoxicated" when he has been sober for 15+ years, and it was 1pm on a week day, they had 3+ cop cars go there and go inside to talk to my dad and during our minute long phone call, i heard the whole conversation and the cop knew he wasn’t intoxicated and they left the store. The associates assume because an elderly person who can’t walk good like us younger kids, that they’re intoxicated. Savanna the manager was real disrespectful and terrible to talk to. Terrible people and the manager of Kohls is even worse. Closing my sephora account and will no longer spend money at kohls or sephora in general.
