I could spend all day in this small but thoughtfully designed beauty & skincare shop in Old Town on King. They carry the best of the best and it’s everything I need in once place. The highlight was a makeup lesson with owner Celthia - unbelievable talent, she is a true artist. Excited to have found my new makeup and product store.

I went into the store to buy foundation. Kaylee was extremely friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed her vibe. I will come back to buy eyeshadow. Thank you.

After YEARS of trying to find the correct foundation for my skin tone and then I found Bellacara. I’ve tried for years at makeup counters, and other nationwide stores, and none of them gave me the customer care Celthia did at Bellacara. Celthia provided excellent customer service. She answered my questions, gave me personal attention, recommended products, and showed me how to use them. And best of all, it looks natural and FINALLY a match to my skin town. Exactly what I was looking for, and a local store, not a big box. What a special, personalized experience. Thanks, Celthia – shop local!

I had the BEST experience at Bellacara yesterday. Celthia and Molly were crushed with customers yesterday but still tried to give me and everyone in the store personal attention—answering questions, ringing up sales, and recommending products. They have a great curated selection of hair and skincare, makeup, candles, fragrances—and the list goes on. The store is really special. It's wonderful to take a break from chaos and treat yourself. And treat myself—I sure did!

Master class in customer service today. Product didn’t work for me, and I got the full time and attention of two stellar employees- abby & Evette- and left with tips, a replacement product, and a restored faith in the small business retail experience. Plus some great trials to evaluate. Buy local. Buy woman-owned. You won’t be disappointed.

I had a terrible experience with this store. Even though their product caused an allergic reaction, they refused to accept a return. I purchased a lipstick, used it once, and it severely irritated my lips. I tried talking to them and explaining the issue, but they were unhelpful, including the manager I spoke to over the phone. It seemed like their no-return policy was a scam. They also pressured me to make a purchase initially and then denied returns. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. There are better stores on King Street where your concerns are respected and addressed.

I know you wouldn't think it but they also have a selection for men. From face wash, moisturizers, and body washes to shave cream and other products. The Young Lady Abby was very helpful in finding me some Man options concerning their skin care products. It was by accident I stumbled into this lovely shop but everything happens for a reason and I'll definitely be back. Hopefully Abby will be there to help me again.
