asked an associate to help me find a contour stick I’ve been wanting since it wasn’t available on the shelf. Instead of helping me locate it, he tried to push me toward a different brand and told me that the one I use would look like "dirt" on me and that it’s horrible. The product is from Fenty Beauty, and I’ve been using it for years with great results. He claimed to be a "celebrity" makeup artist, but the way he spoke to me was unprofessional and dismissive. The experience made me feel uncomfortable and honestly ruined my visit. I came in for help, not to be criticized for a product I already love.

Been an ulta member for years now so to say I shop at ulta alot is an understatement but anyways this location is ridiculous already I have been in the store to shop alot of times that being said just because the way I look they constantly having security follow me for No reason and I know this for a fact because one of the security guards that works there told me they were sorry that they had to follow me its what the ulta managers say to do so they have to do it. They racial profile people constantly here. Also the staff is extremely rude everytime seems like your bothering them if you ask anything. Today for instance there was a cashier named Natialia that rolled her eyes the entire time and just had bad customer service 😑 well I guess that shouldn't surprise me because the manager I didnt see her name tag but the one with white hair also was rude so pretty much all the staff is rude here I say go to a different location. Also was reading the reviews for this store which I feel are all the negative ones are more than accurate and all the responses to the reviews are a copy and paste response thats how much ulta cares for there customers.

My friends and I walked in, were not welcomed for starters. Further into our visit we are looking at the hair dye and in this state theft is common so we shook the boxes to make sure the product was in their. As I look to my left I noticed three employees pause their conversation and begin staring at us. We were later followed around the store by security. I understand theft is an issue but to not be greeted upon entering, treated less than by employees who gave rude glares and were not helpful in the least. Checkout was smooth but again felt like we were an inconvenience more than a customer.

Absolutely the worst store one register open with 30 people in line been waiting to pay for 30 minutes the guy who helped me look for concealer was not happy to help just wanted to get back to chatting with other employees. When asked to speak to the manager was told she was in the back and busy. Manager won’t even come out and help bring up customers. This is definitely the worst customer service at an Ulta that I’ve ever received. Tried calling to the store several times no answer apparently the manager does not seem to care about what is going on in her store and the poor customer service that she is giving.

I had a great experience! I told them what I was looking for (a tinted moisturizer that left my skin looking dewy) and she picked out a product that does exactly what I wanted! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! I absolutely love it.

Took 15 minutes to check out 4-5 people? They were blatantly standing around behind the counter taking their time getting the rewards stuff, the different shades, the coupons etc. Not to mention they found it funny that I wanted to check out as quick as possible. Every time I come to this location the employees are very judgmental and slow.

Last time I came I was looking for a product and ask one of the workers to see if they had more in the back. She said she would go check and never came back to find me. After waiting for 15 minutes I saw her again and asked her if she found the eyeshadow palette I was looking for. She apologized and said no. It seemed like she forgot about me. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars was because the cashier at the front was very friendly.
