Lush Cosmetics ABQ Uptown

I ​Iove coming to Lush! They have such a great selection of body scrubs and bath bombs, and the store is always so well organized. I could spend hours just sniffing everything! The employees are all so sweet and welcoming! My absolute fave is the Orange body scrub it smells amazing!🍊 I bought the cutest Hello Kitty bath bomb and Daisy one! Check them out if you want to treat yourself! 💅

Right when I walked in, I was greeted by the manager whose name I don’t remember, but she had beautiful red hair and was helping me out with some curly hair products. As I was standing there smelling the Sticky Dates product a woman named Alexia came up and helped me. She showed me more of the sticky dates products, which made me want to purchase the product even more . She even sent me home with some samples ! Their kindness Made me feel so welcome !! 💐💗

I had the best experience at this store yesterday. The customer service is exceptional, and the staff made me feel important to them. The products are also excellent. Lush specializes in organic, humane products, some of which are very unique. I usually shop online, but I'll make sure to shop in store here because I got some nice free samples and was just treated so well.

I had wonderful and amazing experience here the manager and the lady helping make bath bombs was so sweet helpful it was my first time here at lush ever didn't even know it was that close to me im from Oklahoma and I have never been here let me tell you I will be back again AMAZING customer service. I had an amazing experience this morning, was greeted by friendly staff. Quinn helped me and offered me other items. She’s very kind and professional. Outstanding job. The entire staff was so happy and you don’t see that anymore in Albuquerque. They guided me and helped me find some new items. This staff rocks. Bravo!

I just visited (between 3:50-4:15 on 02052026)this store for buying a gift for my friend. Vivian (I hope I remember your name right!!) helped me with shopping and she was very helpful and nice to me and my daughter. Thank you for your great service ♡♡

The last couple of time I have been greeted with some passive aggressiveness from employees. The first time the employee seemed annoyed that were trying thing out in the store and when I went to ask if they had a product in stock he seemed annoyed. The second time I was shopping with my children when an employee came and asked them if the wanted to try a bathboom, so I let them. When another employee came in annoyed questioning them like they did something wrong. I was about to buy something but i decided it was best if I didn’t. This store does not feel welcome and I generally think it’s because of my skin color. Every time i have worked into this I feel like am being watched.
