The girl with the pretty rainbow hair helped me out on my last visit to Sally's. She was really nice and very helpful and answered all the questions I had about dying my hair ! Usually at the other Sally's store on coors i always dealt with rude workers and get poor advise .

I came in yesterday for hair dye, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The woman with rainbow hair and glasses was very rude and made me feel completely unwelcome. She seemed visibly irritated every time I asked a question, and her attitude made the entire visit uncomfortable. If she isn’t happy working with customers, she should at least try to maintain a professional demeanor. There was also an unpleasant odor coming from her, which made the interaction even more uncomfortable whether it was due to poor hygiene or just the negativity she was giving off, I’m not sure. On top of that, her associate was sitting on the floor scrolling through her phone, looking like she had just rolled out of bed. The environment felt unprofessional and uninviting. I will not be returning to this location, as no customer should feel unwelcome or disrespected when simply trying to shop.

We went to the store to return some items we had purchased online for pickup through the Sally Beauty app. At first, we had some trouble since we didn’t have the physical receipt, but we did have the email invoice with all the details. After more than 30 minutes of waiting (and speaking with both the manager and a customer service representative over the phone), they were able to pull up the receipt and process the return. Thank you to Dominique and her coworker for being patient with us. Btw i don’t blame the girls for the waiting. The real issue is with the system and app, which need a smoother return process.

I went to a different Sallys earlier and the employees were so helpful there so I was a little thrown off by this location. They had no customers and all 3 employees were standing by the register not helping me find things. What do you expect from teenagers though.

The girl who works here is super sweet! She talked to me about the current sale, helped me pick up my new hair color, I didn’t get her name but she was helping me today 10/18 at 5pm!

The two young girls there provided me with inaccurate information all the way around. I bought their most expensive hair clipper the babyliss pro Gold. They handed me a dent open case and pushed for an extended warranty. I wanted to buy a razor but they had no clue what type of blades I should buy with it. My honest recommendation: drive a few miles to the one in Albuquerque

The Sally’s worker, was very helpful and supportive, loved it💕.
