Hubby and I were looking for something warm since the weather is cooler. We hadn't visited Senzu in a while. So glad we stopped in. We both had our own versions of the Curry Ramen. Excellent choice if you like curry.

My wife and I recently discovered Senzu Noodle Bar in Melbourne, FL, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish! Nestled in the Publix plaza on 192 (behind Popeyes), this spot nails the cozy, anime-vibe atmosphere – think fun decor and a welcoming feel that's perfect for a casual dinner date. We kicked things off with their bao buns, and they were spot-on. The pork bao bun was fluffy and packed with tender, savory pork that had just the right balance of flavors, while the dynamite shrimp bao bun brought a spicy kick with crispy shrimp and a creamy, zesty sauce that had us hooked. Next up was the karaage fried chicken – juicy on the inside, perfectly crispy outside, and seasoned to perfection without being greasy. For our main, we dove into the fried Yaki ramen, which was a stir-fried noodle dream: chewy noodles tossed with fresh veggies, savory sauce, and that irresistible wok-charred taste. To wrap it up sweetly, the sweet bao bites were the ideal dessert – warm, pillowy buns dusted with sugar and filled with a subtle sweetness that left us smiling. The portions were generous, everything arrived hot and fresh, and the staff were friendly and efficient, making recommendations that hit the mark. Prices felt fair for the quality, and we left full and already planning our next visit. Senzu is a hidden gem in Melbourne – highly recommend for anyone craving bold Asian flavors. 5 stars without hesitation!

Popped in for a quick meal. Was greeted quicky and order taken. Had chicken fried rice with lots of veggies. Pic is after I already ate half! Loved every bite, reminded me of my time in Japan:-) Friendly staff, Gabriel made sure I had everything I needed and gave me a run down of some other local spots to check out. Super happy I stopped in!

Very friendly service and the food was good. The seafood ramen was excellent. The milk tea was really good. The fried rice with shrimps was a gigantic portion and was good. Overall a great place to eat at and the food was made really fast. Thanks

Super excited to have a delicious ramen place here in Melbourne! It’s a pain to have to drive to Orlando for some good ramen. We got the beef ramen and the broth was light, yet packed a punch of flavor! The noodz themselves were very good too. Only the beef was a little chewy but the broth made up for it! Would and will recommend to my local friends. Edit: It’s also super cute in here and has a nice atmosphere.

Friendly staff, quick service, and we loved the decor! Noodles were very good. Ramen broth didn't have much flavor in the dishes we tried but the toppings were tasty (especially enjoyed the soy ramen eggs). Chicken on ramen was absolutely fantastic--tons of flavor and very well cooked. Curry ramen was lacking that distinct Japanese curry flavor and the consistency was a bit too thin so the noodles didn't pick up the flavor at all. Dumplings, takoyaki, and bao were all delicious. Blended boba tea had great flavor, but tapioca balls were crunchy and not fully cooked. I personally didn't mind that too much because the drink tasted great regardless. Overall, definitely will be coming back to try more types of ramen!

First time, found out they have been their for years. Food was amazing and the price is worth it. The decor though, to all anime lovers, is PLUS ULTRA.
