Almost no wait to grab a table. Party of 6 seated promptly, service was a tad delayed. Our section was not packed at all, the waitress gave us menus, welcomed us and returned for our drink order. She gave us plenty of suggestions and we waited a bit for our food to arrive, probably about 20 minutes. Our waitress came back to check in on us and the food was tasty and arrived hot.

From my experiences, most restaurants in theme parks are the same, very expensive and the food doesn't taste good. This location surprised me. Not only the food tastes excellent, service is also on the top 10%. Great dining atmosphere, fun merchants and decors from the movie Forrest Gump. The shrimpers net catch is so delicious 😋.

We visited last weekend using a hotel-provided card that advertised VIP seating and a free appetizer. Upon arrival, there were clearly many empty tables, yet we were seated next to a dish return station and directly facing the entrance. Before ordering, we politely asked if it was possible to change seats. The server barely listened before cutting us off and refusing outright, with a noticeably impatient and cold tone. This was not simply about whether a seat change was possible, but about the complete lack of basic respect during the interaction. Since we were on vacation, we chose not to argue further. The actual dining experience was disappointing. It was raining that day, and every time the door opened, cold wind blew directly onto our table. At the same time, guests who arrived after us were served their food earlier, which was difficult to understand. Several service details further worsened the experience. While we were waiting and briefly looking at our phones, the server placed the appetizer directly onto the small table between us without saying a word — not even an "excuse me" — despite our hands clearly resting on the table. Throughout the entire meal, this server made almost no effort to check on us, only asking once in passing while attending to other guests. In the end, all food clearing and billing were handled by other staff members. To be fair, the food itself was decent in both taste and portion size, and the interior design was interesting. Unfortunately, the server’s cold and impatient attitude. Overall, this dining experience had a negative impact on our vacation. If basic service attitude and courtesy are not addressed, even good food and a nice atmosphere are not enough to make this place worth returning to or recommending.

Me and my family had the best experience at Bubba Gump shrimp co. Our waiter was named Duffy he was so funny and nice.Every time we needed him to stop he came by right away he even helped me surprise my sister for her 16th birthday. I just wanted to say thank you guys so much for the wonderful experience. any time we are back in California we are sure to go there again!

I am giving a low score due to the host. My son (11) was excited to come since he just saw the movie. I explained this to the host and asked for a booth even explained that it is okay that we will wait. She seemed annoyed with my request and very rudely said she didnt know how long it was going to take and that was all the seats they had. PLACE WAS NOT EVEN HALF FULL AND BOOTHS WERE AVAILABLE See the picture!! I didn't want to ruin the experience for my son so I just went along with it. Lucky the waiter was amazing and gave a great experience.

This Bubba Gump Made my husbands and my experience Exceptional. We were treated like VIP's ever since we joined their Landry's Select Club. We were greeted so nicely since the very beginning. They had a VIP line only for Landry's VIP guest only. We were walked right in with no wait. From the beginning the service was great. Monica our server made sure to explain their dishes and drinks which made our experience even better. The manager on site Dan was so attentive and the food was so deliciously fresh and hot. Our drinks were made perfect by the bartender and thank you to the chefs who made our dishes perfect. I work with the Corporate Department for Restaurant Inspections and I just happened to be off on this day. Thanks to the whole staff who stood their grounds in representing your restaurant with high Integrity. Great Job everyone you all passed with A+++++. We will be coming soon.
