Good service. There was a bit of communication barrier, but he patiently and kindly explained it, helped me picked out some option. The food was so good. One of the best hot pot I’ve had. Everything was easily accessible. Felt like a kid in a candy store.

I had a great experience at Malubianbian Skewers! The food was fresh, flavorful, and full of authentic Sichuan taste. The skewers were perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of spice and seasoning. The dipping sauce added a nice kick, and the variety of skewers made it fun to try different things. Tried this Chuanchuan hot pot spot for the first time and was seriously impressed. The broth was flavorful without being too oily, and the skewers were super fresh—especially the beef and lotus root. Loved the self-serve sauce bar too; you can really customize things to your taste. The vibe was casual and fun, and the staff were friendly without being overbearing. Definitely coming back with friends next time!

I have been to this place a few times. The hot pot here is pretty authentic with a variety of options. You can order either just regular hot pot food in a plate and also the food on stick options. The sauce bar seems clean. But there are two things people should be aware of: 1. The "free" appetizer in the sauce bar is not very fresh, some of the crackers are stale so not sure how old it is. 2. I tried the all you can eat hot pot two times, the price was fair but the meat quality dropped significantly after a few rounds. If you ordered the beef at first it was fresh thin cut but after a few times asking for the same thing the beef became old thick cut.

Excellent quality food. The prices are reasonable . The desserts are very good. The meat is excellent. The all you can drink beer special is a great deal. I wholeheartedly recommend. One note though: even though they close at 11, the last call for food from the kitchen is at 10.
