Shake Shack Casas Adobes Plaza

This place was highly anticipated since there wasn’t any in Southern Arizona, so a wait time is expected. The food was delicious a bit pricey but if I wanted a deal I would have gone to In-n-out. I ordered the Avocado Bacon Burger with fries and it was delicious.

Excellent food and friendly staff! So thrilled to have a Shake Shack in town now. 🙂 Place was hopping during opening week, but food came out quickly considering the crowd.

Checked out the new Shake Shack and had an okay experience. The ingredients are definitely fresh and high-quality—the Double Avocado Bacon Burger (as a lettuce wrap) was tasty with real sliced avocado, and my daughter really enjoyed her Chicken Shack and the unique K-Shack Spicy Caramel Shake. It’s a fun spot for creative menu items, but probably won't be a regular stop for me, it was pricey.

Ya know I’ve been excited for quite some time for this to open. It’s been 8 + years since I’ve had shake shack. I knew there was going to be a long line and wait because it just opened yesterday. When I got here the line was already around the corner. Well I was waiting behind the same girl for over 30 minutes. Well after waiting sooooo long out of nowhere her 2 friends jump in line and join her. So they both cut in front of me after waiting for 30+ minutes. Well when I got to the door and the door person (I’m assuming manager or owner based on how he was dressed) asked "how I was doing?" I informed him of how I was quite unhappy that this girl held a place for over 30 minutes for 2 people. His response was a simple "yeah, we’ve had quite a few placeholders today" Well if you know this is happening maybe just for the first couple of days to a week place a person or two to watch the line to make sure that’s not happening. Very disappointing. See picture for the offending party Also how do you run out of ranch? I know you are busy but shouldn’t you compensate when ordering? Also you made my to go order for here. Then once it was packaged to go I was walking to my car and the drink carrier with both drinks bottomed out. Luckily I was able to save both drinks. Oh and not to mention when I tried to create an account it flagged my email and blocked me from creating an account. The note told me to contact customer service which they were able to do both and basically sorry use another email or your SOL sorry for the inconvenience

I went on the second day of the grand opening and while it was busy at night, I was very understanding of the situation. We waited in line for 45 minutes, but the manager at the entrance was doing a fantastic job. He made sure everyone was greeted and ensured the shop didn't get overcrowded, which I really appreciated from a safety and comfort standpoint. He was extremely friendly and welcoming! Even though it was busy, we were able to use the kiosk easily. The staff let us know upfront that food would take 30 to 45 minutes, which was totally fair given the grand opening crowds. Honestly the quality of the burger was well worth the price the burger buns were great, and the tiramisu shake was amazing! The staff was so friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to help everyone. For those who don't have the patience for a grand opening, I'd suggest waiting until things slow down, but for me, it was a great experience!

Was extremely excited to try this place out and sadly was disappointed. 30 dollars was way too expensive.. I enjoyed just the cheese fries, i understand they just opened so I wasn't going to be upset about the wait time but seemed a bit disorganized with giving people their food. Hopefully things will improve with time!

Very overpriced. You need to put up the menu with prices. You just guess at what they have. But the food was very good. The service is very good. The older lady with white hair that was cleaning tables bringing food out she was on top of everything and she was excellent.
