Customer Reviews
PHO-SHI has a rating of 4.5 out of 5 based on over 396 reviews on Google
Decent spot to get a variety of Asian food. We enjoyed all of our food and the pho was pretty good. Sampler was a great way to try all of their appetizers. Basil fried rice was flavorful and tasted great as well. Sushi was not the best I’ve had but also not the worst - it was a hit or miss on which ones tasted good and which ones did not. In terms of service it fell a little flat with figuring out how we could get our servers attention and trying to order things. It seemed like they were short staffed that day and possibly didn’t have enough people in the kitchen to keep up with all of the orders. They also have a robot delivering to people’s tables and taking away dirty plates. There were definitely times where we were waiting for a prolonged time after being sat.
Offers a variety of options of different cusines, and it's NOT watered down flavors. The cooks/chefs take steps to make sure it is flavorful 🙂 Plentiful options for kids meal that are in good portion sizes for kids (this is the best part). Ordered kids chicken pho where the broth was RICH in flavor with good hearty chicken peices! Also ordered chicken noodles (kid approved), sushi, and k-ramen with tofu. All of it was delicious.
I love Thai food and this is my new spot for fried rice and drunken noodles! This place is HALAL but not the Oxtail Pho!!! The fried rice was very flavorful and loved the extra crunchy veggies, this was definitely at 9.5!!! I also enjoyed the drunken noodles but it had 2 pieces of eggshell which was disappointing but everything else about the dish was good, I’m not going to rate this because of the eggshell but next time! I also tried their beef pho and it was very good I would give it an 8.5 out of 10. Lastly got their sweet rice with mango w/coconut sauce dessert would be a 3. It did not taste like a dessert. It was very bland and they didn’t serve it with their coconut sweet sauce, I had to ask them for it and when the girl brought it out after 6 mins it was just coconut milk and the dessert got cold. Very disappointed as this is a favorite dish of mine. Their service was very slow but I would give them a chance because their food is good! (P.s. not their sweet rice with mango🥲)
Man you can really tell God makes the food lol. It was so good freah. The pho is to live for. You can't miss when you go here. The robot that brings you your food is also a plus.
Honestly don’t know why this place is gaining popularity… here’s my experience because I personally think they went downhill in the past years. One I will tell you, I do not think it is authentic pho, at least to my opinion not even normal broth quality I’ll tell you that. It was watered down with a spoiled/old meat stench to it (yes we’re aware pho smells like that but this was different) First time I went years ago the sushi was amazing along with our appetizers and even came back for more. Recently I went back in May 2025 and the sushi was really fishy, the avocado was brown and moldy as well for our sushi. We understand avocado gets old but we did see mold which couldn’t be fully captured in the picture. We ate a few pieces before we spite out the food and noticed. Before they went viral on tiktok is when we went and the pho had such a spoiled smell we couldn’t even eat half of it. Pretty sure the meat had to either be old, not cleaned properly, or left sitting out. Our wings were basically just like red frank hot sauce with something sweet and gochujang. Not good at all because it was mushy and falling off the wings, which were probably the size of our pinky. We were honestly going to pay the full price and say nothing but when the the owner asked how the food was we ended up being honest and showed him the spoiled food for the future purposes but he kept arguing with us. Tried to tell us that when you fry avocado it turns brown and mushy but it had multiple random black spots and it was mainly still green? We didn’t say anything else but he saw us taking pictures of the spoiled food as he was processing our check at the counter. The minute he did he walked over saying he’s going to only charge us half of everything and is willing to remake all the food for us to take home. We politely declined. Guess he thought we were going to complain to the health department. Although super nice people and generous with the pho meat quantity, and despite the owner willingly refunding us, this honestly still had to be the worst food I’ve had. Couldn’t finish even half and we basically eat everywhere. That was honestly the end to my outings here.
I sat down and a robot served me which is cool. Idon’t like complaining but the yellowtail almost made me instantly gag. I ordered raw yellowtail, it was not fresh. No one really checked on me and I was disappointed in the quality of the raw seafood. I ate my miso, the fresh spring roll was okay. So sorry but you need to check in on people and make sure the fish being served is thoroughly cleaned and fresh.
Very good, everything we ordered was delicious, variety of heat levels was nice, reasonable pricing for the amount of food we got, can’t wait to go back!
