Teriyaki Madness

We ordered al a carte teryaki chicken and orange chicken. Both were burned and so gross. We couldn't even add a sauce to make them edible. We ended up throwing everything away and ordering from another place. So disappointed.

I have gone for years because I loved the food but the last time we ordered two bowls and the only veggies that come with it now is cooked cabbage, instead of the medley of broccoli and cauliflower that I looked forward to. The staff isn’t super friendly. And the seating area tables don’t seem to be wiped down often. I mentioned to the staff that every table was dirty and she said ya they just had a big rush. But then never came out to clean anything after she served us and wasn’t busy. Not sure who the owner is, but doesn’t seem to be around.

This was my first visit and I was with a disabled friend who wanted to pay for lunch. The owner waited on us personally and was so patient and kind! Thank you! The chicken breast and orange chicken were tender and flavorful. The veggies were perfectly cooked and I liked that the brown rice was soft & fluffy. We will definitely be back. -Paige Nemrow

We were stopping in on a road trip and had a fabulous experience here! Natalie went above and beyond in making us feel welcome and helping us order. It was very family friendly and had a high chair for our baby! The food was delicious and great quality. A couple dollars more than panda, but worth it! The portion sizes were fabulous and everything was clean! Would definitely recommend!

I typically love these stores. This one was rough for me. This location did not do great on food or customer service. Salmon was gross, crusty and dry. Poorly seasoned. Cabbage only veggies.

Visited around 5pm. The store was out of white rice, despite it being a fairly slow night during early dinner rush. We ordered fried rice as a substitute (extra $1 per bowl). Not sure what makes it fried rice. Looked like brown rice with a couple of peas and and carrots. (doesn't compare to somewhere like panda express). Five bowls took about 25 minutes to be ready. Veggies were very undercooked. This was a disappointing first visit to Teriyaki Madness.

The food there is delicious! It is always made fresh, never frozen. The cashier, Eliah, is so friendly and upbeat. We love our time there.
