Genki Ramen

Genki Ramen in St. George is like your mom in the most irresponsible, chaotic way possible, Genki is hot, comforting, and absolutely not something you were prepared to think about this much, like your mom. The broth is so steamy it makes you nervous to slurp it in public, like people might start asking questions you’re not ready to answer, like my relationship with, you guessed it, your mom. Every noodle clings harder than emotional baggage at a family reunion, and honestly, respect. This place turns a simple bowl of ramen into an experience that feels slightly illegal in Utah but spiritually necessary, sort of like my relationship with your mom. The heat level doesn’t whisper, it leans in real close and says things that make you sweat and question your life choices. If ramen could flirt, this would be it with no boundaries, no shame, just vibes and sodium. Seven out of five stars, because Genki Ramen is the kind of hot that ruins other meals for you and makes you text people you shouldn’t, like your mom. 🍜🔥

We had a wonderful experience at Genki Ramen, Noodle Bar. We were greeted promptly and received excellent service from start to finish. The restaurant was very clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the ramen was absolutely amazing. You can really tell they take pride in both their food and customer experience. We’ll definitely be back!

We came in just a couple minutes before close, the staff was kind and helpful despite the time! Wow, incredible food. Absolutely loved my ramen. This is on my list of favorites now. They have the best marinated eggs I've ever had.

Ordered Black garlic bomb and my wife ordered Volcano Miso. Food was good and reasonably priced. I like more salty so I should've gotten the Shoyu Ramen, but my wife absolutely loved the Volcano Miso Ramen.

TLDR: come here. Eat amazing food. If you haven't traveled much, it is hard to put into words some of the amazing food you can find from other countries. This is especially true with Japanese cuisine. And, in my experience, traditional Japanese Ramen houses and restaurants are diamonds in the rough. This restaurant is exactly such a diamond. The menu is Japanese Ramen and Udon soup, and traditional lunch and dinner plates only. And if you have never eaten traditional Japanese food, this is the place in St George to enjoy it. The broth is amazing and the noodles are excellent. Every part of the meal experience was superb, with great service. I have been to many, many Japanese places, and this one takes the cake over all of them. Now, they don't do sushi, for all you folks that think Japanese cuisine has to have sushi. Most traditional Japanese foods are meat and vegetables, noodles and rice, cooked at a gourmet level, with a lot of attention to detail. The owner told me that they make all their own broths from scratch. The flavor and preparation of their food here is amazing and I think everyone should come eat here, if for no other reason than to find out what really high-end Japanese Ramen is like. This is my new favorite restaurant!!

Found the new best place to get ramen! Oh this was tasty beyond measure! Our service was so great and our waitress was so sweet and kind. We will for sure be back!

So it's always hard making my 3 daughters eat . But this time they enjoy every bite. Eat meal was fantastic and the desert on the end it just hits the point. We will come back again it's now on the favorite list.
